INTRODUCTION
Psychosis is defined as a condition in which the brain processes are usually affected due to
the various processes in order to deliver the information. Moreover, the main causes of the
psychosis are to lose the control with the thoughts and thinking in which the reality is suspended
for a longer period. As per this, the psychosis is central nervous system disorders in which a
show the mental disorders where as individual is used to forget the condition of reality used to
live their life in the agitation, hallucination, and delusion. In this, the number of segmentations is
used to associated with the health condition in which the proper medication and drug is useful to
understand the causes of psychosis. In this report, the patient faces cognitive deficit which is
occur in the progressive way which is an inclusive term used to elaborate the impairment in an
individual’s mental process which may lead to cause the acquisition of information and
knowledge which help to drive how the individual understand and act in the core of worlds.
Moreover, there are various areas which is focus on the constitute domain of the functioning of
cognitive include attention and decision making. However, psychosis may offer as a result of
psychiatric illness such as schizophrenia. In this, it is identified that it is a chronic brain disorder
which usually offered the brain and alter the chemistry and characteristics of brain in which the
main symptoms are illusion disorganized speech and lack of motivation are usually observed. In
this report, the research collection and their data are usually focus on the challenges and
treatment of psychosis and schizophrenia. As per this, the result and the report are usually so
essential number of evidence-based data in order to understand the criteria and benefits of
treatment of schizophrenia which shows difficulties in order to process, and make the operations
of brain related activities (De Berardis and et. al., 2018).

Concept of psychosis and schizophrenia
Psychosis is defined as a mental condition in which the process and operation of the brain
functions are usually render due to the various complications and consequences which is
associated with the brain. Moreover, usually it caused to lose the touch with the reality in which
they are used to believe things which is not real and they live their life in the virtual world.
Moreover, the psychosis is a symptom not any kind of disease. Moreover, it is also analyzed that
the mental or physical illness of the individual are associated with the substance abuse or
extreme stress or trauma which are the main causes of having the psychosis. In this, the
psychotic disorder like schizophrenia involve psychosis that morally effect the team or the early
adulthood individual. As per this, is the young person are especially coming under the presence
of psychosis in which they must use to take the physician or the doctor in order to diagnose when
the first episode of the psychosis is initiated (Schizophrenia, 2019).
In this, it is called as prodromal period which is associated with the last day weeks months
or even in the contemporary years. In this, it is well analyzed that the person who is associated
with the psychosis or the schizophrenia is used to show the lack of touch with the reality and do
not have any primary psychotic illness such as bipolar disorder. It is happening with the various
phases of secondary psychosis. Moreover, it is analyzed that these episodes are used to show
various requirement like drug use or the medical condition in order to eradicate the complication
and consequences which is arises in the short time. In this, it will usually cause various critical
conditions with the individual who is facing or dealing the condition of psychosis or the
schizophrenia (Kane and et. al., 2019).
Causes of psychosis and schizophrenia
Genetics: In this, the genetic factor of the psychosis are usually associated with the gene
transformation from one species to their offspring. In this, there are a type of causes which is

associated with the genetics in this it is not necessary that if a person is having any kind of
psychosis or schizophrenia then their children are the offspring are used to be associated with
this risk factors. In this, it is very normalizing and identify that it is not necessary that if in
individual is facing the condition of psychosis that means their offspring are used to associated
with this disease, but the chance is probably related with the genes so it is a cause of psychosis.
Drugs: As per this, to overuse of drug in which they used to trigger such as include some
prescription medication and abuse of alcohol or drugs like marijuana and amphetamines which is
on the excessive use can create the condition of psychosis because the mechanism are usually
introduced in such kind of drug is to create the hallucination for the longer period and overuse
can create the complications and difficulties for the individual to understand the reality and
virtual reality for the longer period.
Trauma: This is associated with the various dilemma such as sexual assaults, dead of loved
ones and this show to lead to psychosis. They used to show the types of traumas and the age
which show the impact of happen also play a role and create negative impact on the individual
health concern. In this, sometime this all condition as used to show create the hypovolemic
shock in the situation of trauma.

to associated with the diagnosed with the amphetamine and its convert as per the time into the

psychotic disorders. Moreover, this used in order to prevent the condition of insomnia and
hallucination which is usually developed due to the overuse of amphetamine and marijuana.
Most of drug are used to trigger the symptoms and leave the bioavailability in the body. As per
this, the medical condition and the treatment are required in order to prevent the overuse of such
kind of drugs such as anti-anxiety drug which is lorazepam and maybe the antipsychotic drug
which can create the condition of psychosis and schizophrenia (Psychosis and Psychotic
Episodes, 2020).
Modafinil drug: Modafinil drug help to reduce the sleepiness due the nacrolepsy and other type
of sleep disorder. In this, it is also used to provide the ability to being stay awake during the
working hours. Modafinil do not take place of getting enough sleep. Moreover, they are used in
such way which is acceptable for holding of sleep who is not dealing with any sleep disorder.
They used to work by affecting the sum of chemical substance which be control the brain sleep
and awake cycle. In the case of narcolepsy the medication is used by oral route of administration
as per the requirement of patient which is associated with the food or without food. As per this,
the dose of modafinil is distinguish on the basis of morning dose and noon dose. In the case of
obstructive sleep apnea, they are used to take by oral route with same process such as with food
or without food. The dosage of the drug is based on the medical condition of patient and also
sometime as per the response of treatment.
Diagnosis: In this, the number of psychologist factories and the social worker are used to
identify the major symptoms and the diagnosis of schizophrenia. In this, that concluded factor
are usually associated with the abnormal behavior of a normal persons regards with the social
group community and their daily life which shows the condition of mental disorders which can
convert into the psychotic symptoms after a time while. So, as per this, it is very essential to
diagnose such kind of diverse individual who used to isolate from the society for the longer
period.

this, it is analyzed that the mental illness can affect the relationship, work, and school. In this, it
is very necessary to recommend the coordinated specialty care for those who is dealing with the
mental disorders. In this, a proper team are used to approach for the patient who is dealing with
the schizophrenia which can show the symptoms earlier in this the medicines and the therapy are

recognitions and the psychotic episodes. In this, it is helpful to understand the condition which
can see the visibility of reality and this is appropriate kind of therapy to reduce the stress and
provide the importance of antipsychotic medication which is helpful for the proper treatment.
Supportive psychotherapy: The supportive psychotherapy is useful to learn to live with
various tendencies. It also used to provide a positive way of thinking in order to conduct a proper
look for the futures.

medicines and psychotherapies with the help of social services are used to provide to the
individual in order to understand the conditions and support for the future (Wesołowska and et.
al., 2020).

Analysis
As per this, the analysis is based provide factor of outcome which elaborate about the topic
and their treatment for the psychosis and for the schizophrenia treatments which is done by
appropriate therapy.
Results
In this, the data is collected on the basis of qualitative manner in order to identify the
conditions and through long incubation period of mental disorders in an individual. As per this,
the data is extracted from the secondary source by taking the viable help of books websites and
various articles.
RESULT AND DISCUSSION
The result and the finding of this research topic is well identified that the condition which is
associated with the mental disorders especially for the psychosis and schizophrenia are used to
be eradicated by taking proper counselling from the physicians and doctor. In this, condition the
individual needs proper care and used to interact with the positive peoples in order to develop the
theory and hypothesis for the positive life. As per this, the major tendencies of this disease are
used to isolate from the social groups and communities. As per this, it is well notifying that the
person must be get proper interaction with the number of people or population to understand the
availability and importance of their real world. In this, the excessive use of such kind of
substance which are used and create the features of delusions are prohibited without proper
prescription.
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussion, this is well analyzed that the condition associated with the
mental illness are used to be treated by using counselling and various medications with the
proper interaction with the number of populations. To understand the basis of reality which can
eradicate the delusion or hallucination of virtual world. In this, the proper psychotherapies and
counselling are used to identified and determined with the proper counselors
