INTRODUCTION
Public health refers to the promotion and protection of people health along with
communities in which they work, live and play. There are many diseases which are creating high
impact on individual health on large population (El_Jerjawi and et. al., 2018). This create high
negative impact on people health where it is needed to take care about the individual health that
can lead to create high impact on their better health. There are several public health concern in
which diabetes is one of the main public health concern that can lead to create impact on
individual lifestyle and quality of life. In this essay, there is discussion about analysis of
theoretical basis of UK public health intervention along with their impact which can be
recognised in adult health challenges. There is also discussion about the evaluation of theories
along with models of health promotion and application to their practices. There is also discussion
about the relevant health policy and its application within public health agenda and health
economics. This essay also includes discussion about mental health nurse’s health educator along
with health promotor roles within inter-professional team (Rubino and et. al., 2020).
MAIN BODY
Diabetes refers to a disease which is effective and can be occur when individual blood
glucose level is higher. Blood glucose is one of the main source of energy which are obtained
through food which are eaten by people (Hownslow campaign urges people with diabetes to look
after their health (2022)). There is high prevalence of diabetes which create high impact on
individual health which includes the about 7.3% of adult population who are above 17 years are
effected through diabetes within Hounslow, England UK. Through National Cardiovascular
Intelligence Network (NCIN) for 2016 where about 9.6% where about more than 23,125 people
who are having higher age than 17 and above where about 5600 people with diabetes are not
diagnosed yet. There is a prediction of diabetes prevalence within Hounslow can be increased to
10% in year 2030 about 10.8% within year 2030 (Diabetes – JSNA (2022)).
In this, there are large population who are facing health issues due to increasing cases of
diabetes within Hounslow and all over country. There is also high burden on the healthcare
sector which includes the cases of getting diabetes and related services. There is high cost for
getting better treatment and relevant services which leads to create high burden on the healthcare
system. There is need to take care about the increasing cases of diabetes within country. For this,

government has taken many initiatives and made some policies which are effective and allow to
take control over the risk of getting higher number of cases of diabetes within Hounslow
England (Everett and et. al., 2018). Government has taken various initiatives which includes
National strategies and policy for preventing type 2 diabetes. Strategy for disease linked to diet,
obesity and physical activity. Healthier lifestyle messages for whole population, working with
food manufacturers along with retailers for encouraging healthy eating, encouraging people to
get more physically active and taking local action can also helpful in getting better health and
reduce the risk of getting diabetes. There is various strategy has been recommended by the UK
government which are effective and allow to deliver quality response in lowering and decreasing
the cases of diabetes.
There is high cost of diabetes which can lead to impact country economy that is due to
getting healthcare services and treatment along with medication that lead to contribute in the
world economy along with country economy (Zhou and et. al., 2018). This lead to create high
impact on individual health and lead to impact the productivity that is form work related
absenteeism, reduction in work productivity along withy at home. It also increases the burden of
healthcare cost and enhance the unemployment due to chronic disability. There is need to take
control over the increasing cost burden of diabetes on the healthcare system which can be
reduced by developing health policy and other relevant techniques which can allow to get better
help in reducing or minimising the risk of diabetes within Hounslow London, UK. To reduce the
increasing cost of the healthcare due to diabetes, there are many of the intervention or strategies
which should be followed by the government and large population which can allow to get better
and effective response (Fenske and et. al., 2018).
There is need for intervention which can includes creating awareness and using different
strategies which can be effective and allow to get better and effective response in terms of
lowering the cases of diabetes and also help in reducing the overall cost of healthcare. In this,
creating awareness about taking preventive measure can be highly effective and help large
population to take care about their own health which can help in avoiding the risk of diabetes and
get better and healthy life. In this, people also need to ensure about their behaviour regarding
their lifestyle and eating which can help in avoiding risk of diabetes within them (Ayon and
Islam, 2019). Through changing in individual behaviour can allow to improve own lifestyle and
getting healthier. This can allow to improve their quality of life and also help in increasing their

work productivity. Through using the health belief model government can also help to
implement different strategy and intervention which can help in reducing and minimising the risk
of diabetes within people of Hounslow. Here, health belief model can play an important role in
improving individual behaviour in terms of changing their attitude towards getting better lifestyle
through improving their eating pattern and eating healthier food which can have positive benefits
of people or public and provide positive outcomes of public health (Green and et. al., 2018).
Through using different techniques or following the intervention which can lead to create
high impact on delivery of getting better and effective response in terms of reducing the risk of
getting diabetes within large population. There is various application of these strategy which
allows to provide better health and healthy lifestyle. These are effective and allow to help in
getting better and healthy diet which allows to take care about the individual health which can
lead to avoid the risk of getting diabetes. Through implementing the health care strategy about
making life healthier (Yokote and et. al., 2019). This provides information about the healthier
lifestyle which can lead to create high impact on delivery of better and effective response to the
whole population. Through changing individual behaviour to achieve good lifestyle allows to
adopt good health and help in attaining good physical health. It has the application to highlight
need to reduce the amount of spent time be sedentary. It also highlights the importance in being
active physically, getting healthy weight, adopting healthy diet. This also help to increase the
awareness about the healthier food choices which includes the calories and nutrition value for the
meals along with drinks. This can also include the food manufactures which can lead to create
impact on large population about healthy eating. This have high application within people of
Hounslow and allow to get better and healthy eating which have potential to reduce the risk of
diabetes (Irvine, 2018).
In this, through improving composition of prepared food which can help to decease the
calories, salt content and saturated fat which an also include the reformation target. This also
enforces people to take care about the composition of prepared food which can be used in
practice to take care about the good health. This also help in getting better healthier life that
allows to get better and effective response. Through changing in behaviour can allow to possess
good health and help in reducing the risk of diabetes. This can be effective in controlling the diet
and help to minimise the risk of diabetes within large population. It also helps to encourage
people about increasing their physical activity which can allow to get better and effective

response to enhance their eating ability that can allow to get better and effective health and
reduce the risk of diabetes within large population (Alshammari and et. al., 2021). Through using
these strategies as the intervention and change individual behaviour can be effective to reduce
the risk of diabetes and within them. It also helps in achieving healthier lifestyle which include
getting better physical health that is effective in response to get better implementation of get
intervention for good health. Through changing in behaviour also help in getting better health.
There is high effectiveness of the identified initiatives which allow to possess good health
for every individual and allow to achieve better quality of life and physical health due to
increases the physical activity (Sasson and et. al., 2018). This have good impact on individual on
recognised adult health challenges. It improves people health and focus on improving their
quality life and their lifestyle. Through changing in individual behaviour also help to keep focus
on individual health and increase individual physical activity that is effective and help individual
to avoid various risk of getting different diseases.
Through working collaboratively as the inter-professional team there is an important role
of mental nurse’s health educator and health promoter. Mental nurse’s health educator is
effective and can provide their service and share their information with different people who are
getting interacted with each other. In this, there is need to take care about the delivery of getting
better and effective response that can lead to create high impact on individual health. Through
working with health promoter nurses can provide better awareness to large population to people
of Hounslow (ElGerges, 2020). This can be effective in improving the lifestyle through changing
in individual behaviour that can allow to get better and effective response for people to achieve
better and good health. Through working collaboratively as an inter-professional team which can
help in getting and effective response that help in getting better delivery of healthcare services
and health promotion which can lead to create high impact on individual health to reduce in
getting different chronic diseases. Behavioural change model is effective for changing individual
role that can lead to create high impact to reduce the risk of getting ill health. This can also help
to achieve better health and promote better quality of lifestyle. Through changing in individual
lifestyle can lead to change potential and risk of getting any type of disease specially diabetes
within large population (Zamani and et. al., 2021).

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can have concluded that there is diabetes is a public health
concern which is highly effective and create negative health impact within large population.
There is high number of cases of people with diabetes and can be reduced through implement
different policy and strategies as the intervention that can allow to reduce the risk of diabetes
within large population. In this essay, there is discussion about the analysis of public health
