INTRODUCTION
Public health refers to the promotion and protection of people health along with
communities in which they work, live and play. There are many diseases which are creating high
impact on individual health on large population (El_Jerjawi and et. al., 2018). This create high
negative impact on people health where it is needed to take care about the individual health that
can lead to create high impact on their better health. There are several public health concern in
which diabetes is one of the main public health concern that can lead to create impact on
individual lifestyle and quality of life. In this essay, there is discussion about analysis of
theoretical basis of UK public health intervention along with their impact which can be
recognised in adult health challenges. There is also discussion about the evaluation of theories
along with models of health promotion and application to their practices. There is also discussion
about the relevant health policy and its application within public health agenda and health
economics. This essay also includes discussion about mental health nurse’s health educator along
with health promotor roles within inter-professional team (Rubino and et. al., 2020).
MAIN BODY
Diabetes refers to a disease which is effective and can be occur when individual blood
glucose level is higher. Blood glucose is one of the main source of energy which are obtained
through food which are eaten by people (Hownslow campaign urges people with diabetes to look
after their health (2022)). There is high prevalence of diabetes which create high impact on
individual health which includes the about 7.3% of adult population who are above 17 years are
effected through diabetes within Hounslow, England UK. Through National Cardiovascular
Intelligence Network (NCIN) for 2016 where about 9.6% where about more than 23,125 people
who are having higher age than 17 and above where about 5600 people with diabetes are not
diagnosed yet. There is a prediction of diabetes prevalence within Hounslow can be increased to
10% in year 2030 about 10.8% within year 2030 (Diabetes – JSNA (2022)).
In this, there are large population who are facing health issues due to increasing cases of
diabetes within Hounslow and all over country. There is also high burden on the healthcare
sector which includes the cases of getting diabetes and related services. There is high cost for
getting better treatment and relevant services which leads to create high burden on the healthcare
system. There is need to take care about the increasing cases of diabetes within country. For this,
