Executive Summary:
The main aim of this discussion is to provide a brief idea about the stakeholders of a project
and the importance of collaboration among them. Several of stages that are involved with a
project can be impacted by the activity of a stakeholder of a project. This document has
discussed about the case study of CHD and from the analysis of the case study it has been
determined that the project manager has developed a perfect communication plan that can
be leveraged for successful completion of the project. This document also consists the
practices of project management with the plan of communication that are implemented by
the project manager.
