INTRODUCTION
Public health program can be defined as science and art of preventing diseases,
prolonging about the life and also improving more about the quality of life might through
organized. Moreover, this efforts can be informed about choices of society and make sure for
having the better health program. While having the better option in which the communities and
individual are being more involved. This could also have analyzing the determining the health of
population and threats infarct about the public health. This could take significantly in accessing
for the public health and health care between the developed countries and developing countries.
This might be also important for knowing about those thing which could take their precaution
towards the main focusing about the public health and caring more about communities or
individuals. This report have main aim about the concepts and principle of public health while
underpin about the imitative and key elements of the public health program intervention. Along
with also explain about the evidence which supports the intervention and determining more
about replicated to neighbouring country. Furthermore, about the various ways to evaluate the
public health intervention and methods that can used for having justification.

1 Concept and principles of modern public health
Public Health refers to the science and it is also known as art of reducing disease
increasing the life efficiency and also promoting health by using and organised and well
mannered effort so that the life span of people can get increased (Moscelliand et.al2018). But
Public Health Care also works on various principles so that they provide High Quality Services
to their clients.
The major initiative of modern public health is to minimise the health inequalities for
next 5 years. But this initiative can only get fulfilled when Public Health practices will follow
some principles of furnace inclusiveness empowerment effectiveness and equity based practices.
These are the major principles which applied to public health practices and impact the quality of
Health Care. Apart from this there are various principles which has to be followed for public
health.
Principle of autonomy

Principle of autonomy is one of the important principle of Health Care which states that
individual must take their decisions on by own which is also known as self government. People
give great respect who works for their right and freedom.
This principle states that it is the responsibility of those workers and employees who are
working in a Healthcare they must tell all the truth about the condition of their patients and their
patients must be informed with all the risk as well as the benefits of the treatment so that they
can take accurate decision.
Apart from this as per this principle it is in the hands of patients were the want to accept
the treatment for the can refuse the treatment as well if the treatment is not beneficial for them.
Along with this the entire system and loss also support autonomy and provide protection to the
right of individuals so that they can make decisions for their Healthcare.
But this principle all the rights are in the hands of patients but sometimes Health Care
employees do not give all the necessary information about the condition of patients and therefore
this principle can impact negative image on the individuals as well.
Principle ofBeneficence
This principle states that all the beneficent must provide best care with the interest of the
patient. Accurate meaning of beneficence is remaining kind. All the actions and care of
Healthcare providers should be design in such a manner so that it provides positive outcome.
This entire principle focuses on taking productive decisions of being a physician. By using their
expertise and knowledge Healthcare providers can protect the lives of patients and they can give
them best and appropriate treatment. As they know the value of life and therefore they can
provide best quality treatment to different disease and those disease which causes harm to the life
of people.
Principle ofNonmaleficence
The basic meaning of Nonmaleficence is do not put any kind of harm. As per this
principle it is the responsibility of Healthcare providers that do not cause such actions which
would harm to the patients (Pulok, and et.al2018). So this principle focuses on harmful activities
this principle suggest the providers that it is their moral responsibility that they do not cause any
kind of harm and do not conduct any kind of harmful activity to their patients.
This Principal also States about omission. Omission refers to those actions which have
been taken to avoid but such kind of actions do not take place. This principle states that it is the
