INTRODUCTIONHRM can be referred to as practice of recruiting, hiring, deployment as well asmanagement of employees within an enterprise. It can also be defined as procedure of hiring aswell as developing workers so that they can become valuable to an enterprise. It is basically an American multinationaltechnology company. An organisation sells computer software, personal computers and otherconsumer electronic products.
