Q2. Why do you want to leave your current job?
In my current organisation there are no further growth opportunities for me. For achieving the
growth I will have to work there for more than 10 years so I am not satisfied with it.

I have been working as project manager for long term and now I feel that I have developed
management skills to the best. Now I want to explore some more challenging and better
opportunities and I feel property management will naturally teach me to handle critical and

Teaching is my passion so I want to become a lecturer and own my coaching institute where I can

I am at my highest level of confidence that I will be the most suitable for this position because it will
teach me to be responsible and positive in all critical situations along with leadership and
management skills. And because I am very dedicated to my work I never hesitate in implementing
innovative practices which will be beneficial for the organisation. I will full fill duties with passion
that this is my dream and thus it has to be successful.
Q10. Describe a situation that would exemplify your integrity?
If there will be some critical situation or failure then instead of making blames on one another my
first step would be to find out the remedies to counter the crisis. And when situations will become
normal I will then figure out what were the reasons which brings the crisis and how I future we can
avoid it. I will also figure out the responsible person for it so that reasons can be evaluated properly
and required actions can be taken.
Q11. How would you communicate the implementation of performance measurements so as not to
panic a staff under your supervision?
Performance measurements can be communicated to staff members via emails which are followed
by weekly or monthly sessions of discussion so that they can clear their doubts.

A written and formal communication means followed by verbal session can be used as effective
communication tool for establishing a new policy.
Q13.What type of decisions do you make in your current job?
In my current job I am responsible for decisions like strategies for accomplishing projects, selecting
the most efficient team members and to select which requirements and tools will be the best
suitable for projects and to analyse the effectiveness of the project.

subordinates?
I will have the benefit that I will be able to assign the work to subordinates on the basis of their
abilities and what benefits they can provide to organisation. It will not only give more profit but will
also make work less complex.

Q15. Describe a situation when your work was criticized and how your responded to the situation?
In my current organisation when project lead by my team was failed from our clients then my team
and my work was questioned about quality. But at that time we just ask for some timed from our
seniors and in short span of time we restructured our strategy to avoid all past mistakes. Within a
span of just 10 days we completed project of worth 20 days. And when project was completed it was
among one of the best project delivered by our entire organisation.
Q16. What measures would you implement to encourage employee involvement in a quality
improvement program?
I will give them detailed report analysing the importance of quality improvement program that how
it will reduce their redundant work in assuring quality. I can also make some reward or appreciation
programs for them to encourage participation in quality improvement program.
Q17. Describe a politically sensitive situation that you were in and how you handled the situation?
During a project two of our team members were not ready to agree on each other's strategy so
project was getting delayed. In that case I just figured out a combination of both strategies on which
both of them agreed.
Q18. Describe a situation when you are conducting a meeting and two participants are disrupting
the meeting, what would you do?
In that case I will first explain them the importance of meeting and will request them to maintain the
decorum of the meeting. And even if they will continue to disrupt I will take disciplinary actions
against them.
Q19. What experiences have you had in collecting data and writing reports based on the data?
The routine project related data prepare by my team members was collected by me so that I can
assure that everyone is performing their tasks on time and with accuracy. Based on that data I used
to prepare reports which analyse the quality of work by each candidate before project undergoes
into final quality test.
Q20. If you where to start your own company, what would that company do?
That company will provide academic and management related education to the students. It will also
help them to get a chance to perform internship at organisations so that they can get practical
exposure.
