The airlines industry is an industry where the
organization takes up the responsibility to
transport the people from one place to other.
There are basically three components in this
industry that are commercial, general and
military.
The industry also provides freight services. The
companies present in this industry are
recognized with an air operating certificate or
license that is issued by government aviation
body (Brauer, 2016).

those members that primarily work to ensure
the safety and comfort of the passengers
travelling with them.
These members of aircrew do not fly the fights

Harassment issue is one the biggest issues
that makes the employees face safety risk in
the environment. The safety of a girl is
reduced or nullified when the co-workers of
the employee re working to defame her name
to harass her.
Another safety issue is the issue where other
employees of the company treat badly and do
not take care of flight attendants. This acts as
a safety issue for females in the society

The flight attendant should explain the case to the

environment. This will reduce the level of threats for
the flight attendants from the pilots (Braithwaite,
2017).
