The airlines industry is an industry where the
organization takes up the responsibility to
transport the people from one place to other.
There are basically three components in this
industry that are commercial, general and
military.
The industry also provides freight services.
The companies present in this industry are
recognized with an air operating certificate or
license that is issued by government aviation
body (Brauer, 2016).

The company is a flag carrier in Australia
which is also recognized as largest airlines
in the world by fleet size, international
destinations and international flights.
The company was found in the year 1935
and is third oldest airlines in world. The
main head of the company is placed in
Sydney. In its journey, the organization has
faced various fluctuations.
Qantas Airlines

Flight attendants or cabin crewmembers are
those members that primarily work to ensure
the safety and comfort of the passengers
travelling with them.
These members of aircrew do not fly the fights
but hold direct contact with the passenger.
They are responsible for the increasing
satisfaction level of the passenger on flight.
Both male and female form a part of the flight
attendant team of the Qantas organization
(Bahr, 2014).
