Jennifer earlier in the day received a fax from one of her customers, the president of Blue Note, Inc (BN). The president of BN wants to reward the top management team of BN by taking them on an all-expense-paid fly-fishing adventure in Alaska. The president would like to ask Jennifer to organise and lead the expedition. In GAA, all of the adventure trips are customized according to customers’ needs and each trip is managed as one single project.After receiving the fax, Jennifer spent a few hours on preparing a preliminary scope statement (see below). Because Jennifer suddenly encounters some family emergency, she has to ask you to 1) review her scope statement, 2) identify 4 risks based on the scope statement and create a risk response matrix, 3) and prescribe project risk management strategy for each identified risk.
