Introduction
Employability is an attribute of an individual that help to gain and
maintain employment or it is defines as the quality of being paid in
return of suitable work. It consist of a development of an
individual which also include skills, abilities, experience,
knowledge, values that encourage to gain better employment and
more stability in workings.

Explaining each of the your identified areas for
development
Teamwork: As I have never work collectively in a group or with more
that two person and this is an area that I need to get developed. For this
have to learn more about the productive contribution and that is to gain
better outcome on timely basis.

What progress you have made towards
achieving each objective
To achieve the objectives I have measured more progress and under
this have make supportive changes in my overall personality with
this working also get affected. I have make appropriate objectives
that are as defined below as:
• To make effective modification in the skills by continuous focus.
• To achieve better success by emphasising the development areas.

Any problems encountered and how you
overcame them
I have encountered some problems while making certain development
in my skills and abilities and that is related to the inadequate
preparation and not clear aspiration. I have an moderate education
learning thus have overcome by reading more books to gain more
knowledge.

The employer is always been looking forward to an employee who is
more capable to handle the different situation on the basis of their
own workings. In addition my future employability get supported
with the current learning development in this I have learn about the
various prospect as like communication and from this clear and
concise information get transferred and received by which more
clarity get induces.

As I have understand the different aspect and essentials of
employability that helps to make positive changes in my overall
personality by which constructive changes get implemented. By
enhancing more of the skills I am able to work within the most
recognised company and at better position.

Critically evaluate your development objectives
and current outcomes
The development objectives of mine are to gain continuous
modification on skills by maintaining focus and emphasising of
developmental areas. It helps to gain better position in the company
as the market competition is more high with this it is hard to achieve
the certain position with simplicity.

CONCLUSION
It has been concluded that there are different impact of employability
in every individual life as it assist to gain better heights in future
period of time. To manage the different challenges in workplace it is
mandatory that individual have that much skills and abilities to
covert the challenge into opportunities.
