2 The philosophy and Theoretical
perspective Being employed
 This article has been completed with the objective to
examine the actions that are taken by owners and
managers of the small business with the goal to
manage their working capital.
 The Major philosophy that has been used in this
article is associated with the small business that are
working in the nation (Orobia and et.al., 2013).
 In this study qualitative research methods have been
employed for examining and evaluating the working
capital management process.

3 The data collection method used
 The study has used interview method for collecting
the response from the participants.
 The interviewer has invited participants for the study
at a business organization which is organized by the
UMA.
 Semi structured interviews were conducted
(Brandon-Jones, 2016).
 Criteria which is used by the interviewer for selecting
the participants was that it is essential that
respondents should be owner of any small business
firm

4 Critique of the methods used
 The research has been performed with objective to
examine the actions that are taken by small business
owners for managing their working capital.
 Scholar has used exploratory research design for
completing this study.
 Research design provides a blueprint and
framework that is used by business owners for
accomplishing the objective of the study in
successful manner (Berger, 2015).

Conclusion
In the present article scholar has properly made use of
research techniques which have supported for
completing the entire study in appropriate manner.
The present study examines the aspects and perspectives
of working capital management and this aspect has
been highlighted in the study.

Hospitality industry is growing at a faster pace and it is
offering huge success and growth opportunities for
organizations working in the hospitality sector (Glaser,
2017). In the present proposal research questions on
the basis of aims and objectives of the study. Further
interpretivism research philosophy has been used and
literature review has been done by collecting
secondary information. 20 employees of the hotel has
been chosen for completing the study and interview
method has been used for collecting the data and
information.

in the hospitality industry.
Hospitality sector is fastest growing sector and it offers
huge success and growth opportunity for organisation
that are working in this sector.
Moreover, all the credit for success and growth of the
hospitality industry can be given to human resource
working in the organisation (Smith, 2015).

rewards and other monetary incentives can be a
significant reason that can cause employee
dissatisfaction

participants
 Participants of the study will be 20 employees of
Euro Queens Hotel.
 Involvement of all the participants will be taken so
that necessary data and information required by
them for accomplishing the goals and objectives of
the study.
 The study is conducted with the aim to analyze the
factors behind employee dissatisfaction in the
Hospitality industry.

f Explanation of the data collection
steps
 Data for the study will be collected by following a
systematic and organized procedure.
 Initially open ended questionnaire will be prepared
and on the basis of that view and response from the
participants will be taken (Willig and Stainton-
Rogers, 2017).

g Explanation of data analysis
 It is critical that data analysis should be performed
so that all the data which is gathered should be
analyzed in detailed manner.
 Themes will be prepared on the basis of response
generated from the questionnaire will be evaluated
and analyzed (Taylor, Bogdan and DeVault, 2015).

h Preliminary findings
 Preliminary findings of the study will state about the
concepts which have been used in the research.
 Various reasons of employee dissatisfaction will be
identified.
 It will help the Hotel to make improvements in the
practices and procedures used by them for carrying
out the study in effective way (Creswell and Poth,
2017).

findings
 Findings received from the research study will help
for identifying about major causes that leads
towards creating dissatisfaction among employees.
 Primary and secondary data will be used for
completing the study and on the basis of that entire
study will be performed (Flick, 2014 Braun and
