Problem Statement
The problems that the BR Richardson has been facing in the quality of its services and
products could be stated as follows
 The foremost problem has been the rejection of the beams in post planning. This issue
has been the reason for maintenance of the quality of the materials used in the beams.
 The second problem is that the cross checks of the materials used in the beams.
 The improper planning of the construction of beams.
 The ignorance of the supervisors in the working of the construction of beams.
 The over confidence of the workers and the employees in its services.
 The increased cost of the beams.
Improvement Goal
The goal is to improvise the planning and the maintenance of the materials of the beam which
would channelize the path or the company towards delivering the quality products. The
improvement in the cross checking and supervising services would provide the working
environment with an environment of being active and sensitive enough not to overlook the
causes of issues. The goal is to recruit some sensitive and active supervisors along with
providing training to the existing ones so that the services could be enhanced and thus, the
rejection of the beams would fall down.
Potential Causes of the Problem
The main causes of the problems are as follows
 The inaccuracy of the supervisors in providing the relevant path to the workers.
 The avoiding attitude of the workers and the casual outlook towards their work.
 The improper planning of the beam work and the ineffective scheduling.
 The increase in the quality standard to be maintained by company (Nguyen, 2017).
 The cost of the company increased which dis-interested the workers.
Potential Solutions to address the causes
The solutions for the causes of the issues are as follows
 Recruitment of proper planning team.
