1QUALITY MANAGEMENT REVIEW
The assumed definition of Quality management can be enumerated as the methodology of
management that ensures that the products and services and organization remain consistent
(Goetsch, & Davis, 2014). Quality management has four main phases, namely, quality planning,
quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement (Zhang, Linderman & Schroeder,
2014). The focus of the quality management is largely based on the quality of the products and
services and also the means of achieving premium quality of products and services which the
organization likely offers to its customers. Quality management is directly as well as indirectly
dependent on the organizational operations. The respective paper is a review and analysis of the
link between total quality management and the operational performance of the organizations
(Ross, 2017). The respective paper has reviewed ten peer reviewed journals based on quality
management in order to explain the relationship between organizational dynamics and quality
management, their issues and credibility in an organizational environment, along with a compare
and contrast of the ideas and approaches in the respective article. The paper is in a form of
annotated bibliography with literature review.

However, comparing the respective article with Sadikoglu & Olcay (2014) article named
“The effects of total quality management practices on performance and the reasons of and the
barriers to TQM practices in Turkey”, it can be deduced that the article of Sadikoglu & Olcay
(2014) talks about the effects and the barriers of total quality management practices within an
organization. The former article has discussed about the credibility of the Total Quality
