The title of the selected paper is “Importance of Customer
Satisfaction in Retails Industry which was written by Yulia and Daniel in the
year 2018. It is observed that conducting a systematic literature review is
beneficial from the perspective of the research because it helps in obtaining
relevant facts and analyzing the viewpoints of other authors on the selected
paper. By conducting a literature review, the investigators can enhance the
quality of the research and maintain the flow of information (Vakulenko,
Hellström, & Oghazi, 2018). The major objective of the selected paper is to
deliver a cohesive overview of the self-service and customer value literature
and identify the significance of customer satisfaction in retails sectors.
Critique
The selected paper is based on customer satisfaction in the retail
industry and reviewed the viewpoints of other experts on this topic by
adopting systematic literature. After reviewing the selected paper it is
observed that the authors performed systematic keyword searched of the
published and unpublished article. Moreover, there are various research
methods included by the authors for example research strategy, qualitative
design, secondary data collection technique and descriptive content
analysis process. In this paper, the authors adopted a qualitative research
design for developing an effective hypothesis of the research. The research
strategy helped for developing the effective structure of the research and
included a literature review in order to gather reliable facts about the
research topic. Moreover, the secondary data collection method is more
effective that provided a way of obtaining reliable and sensitive data
customer satisfaction in the retailer sector.

with the help of descriptive analysis technique because of the theoretical
nature of the investigation. In the context of inclusive criteria, the authors
included papers which highlighted viewpoints on customer satisfaction in-
retailer sectors and excluded less effective journal articles. It is reported
that in this paper, the authors identified the significance of customer
satisfaction in the area of the retail industry. It is reported that the findings
of this paper show the effective results towards training and development in
the retail sector.
The findings of this paper show the positive points towards customer
satisfaction in the retail industry. This research article identified that

also identified the findings or results of the previous studies.

It is observed that this paper revel gaps stemming from the
fragmented and inconsistency behaviour of the recent investigation on
consumer value in SSKs. Moreover, the authors provided theoretical facts
about the research topic which may produce gaps in the information and
research concerns.
