INTRODUCTION
In business term, the process of overseeing each activity and operation which help to
maintain the expected level of excellence within company project is known as quality
management. In this report, the important standard and program which are required to make a
proper quality system depending upon ISO 9001 is outlined and documented.

Management buy-in and commitment
Quality manager at Airwet Ltd have in agreement about quality improvement which is to
be on the high priority while making different types of needles. They have also committed to
ensure that in order to get the higher quality product to customer they will be focusing on every
standard and program by every staff member and management team.
It is also observed that manager will attend the courses to improve the basic
understanding about quality assurance and will attain the enough skills and ability for continuous
quality improvement. It is focused that new quality principle and process documents about each
worker and trainee are regarding the usefulness of regular high quality services and satisfying
customer. This will also make sure that a proper and regular growth of quality compliance will
help company to reach the desired results in the meantime.
Quality policy
It is observed that upper manager of company will make sure about the policy of quality
such as:
 Policy must be reviewed on regular basis to ensure the regular suitability.
 Must be favourable for the benefit of company.
 It must give the legal framework for developing and evaluating the main objective of
company.

Mission Statements
The main aim of Airwet is to manufacture the best suitable and durable needles for every
customer either professional or for home uses. The company make sure that each customer will
be satisfied with the material and quality used for manufacturing needles.
Communication Strategy
Manager of Airwet Ltd will make sure that each staff member has a proper and detail
description about their roles and responsible and they regularly communicate with QMS team
while becoming part of ISO 9001 registration. Different seminar to improve knowledge about
ISO 9001 will be held on regular gap of 3 months which help in reaching the desired results.
Appropriate Documentation
In businesses, it has been founded that proper documents are required by QMS in to make
necessary control on a specific project. The Gap analysis is implemented by the manager
determined the problem which have negative results. This help to implement higher standards
such as ISO 9001: 2015 that results in getting positive results. A detailed documentation process
to define the control in Airwet is discussed below:
 Make sure that modification and existing revision of legal document are determined.
 Make proper approval about paper before any issue.
 To make sure that document is properly update and reviewed on regular basis.
 To ensure that required documents must be always available at the time of need.
Staff Training
 To train each staff in a way so that they can easily adopt new procedure of company in
order to maximise the overall outcome.

publicly discuss issues and share experience and knowledge with respective team. It is
crucial that everybody in the business knows their role and is respected for their
commitment to their progress

 Leadership: Good leadership implies that manager have a clear view of the future of
business. Successfully expressing vision will guarantee that entire team works together
towards the goals.
 Process approach: Through managing the various areas of company to each other as a
single and integrated structure, manager may notice that team member is promoting more
productive operations and making easier ways to reach main goals.
