1. Part 1: Introduction
The purpose of this paper is to construct a house which follows the quality and planning
standards to develop a high quality project which helps in satisfying the need of the
customers. In this paper we are looking forward to provide a dream house to the stakeholders
because it is the dream of every citizen to live in his dream house (Shahid, 2014). The
development of the quality, analysis, and planning standards helps in achieving projects
which is capable of meeting requirement of the customers to its full extent. The quality
standards should be followed in the development of the construction drawings to give the best
outcome of the development process (Chang, 2014). The details of the designing of
constructing the house should follow the ethical standards and policies to meet the
construction objectives. The purpose of utilizing the quality, planning, and analysis tools in
the development of the construction drawing and design is to reduce the cost associated with
every construction processes, repairing of the required processes, improve the reputation of
the construction company, helps in reducing the cost required for maintaining the project,
overcoming the defects of construction operations, elimination of additional cost associated
with the accidents and other causality by managing the project within the quality standards
and policies. The health and safety management policies should be undertaken to resolve the
issues associated with the working environment of the enterprise which helps in raising the
construction services provided to the development of the dream house. The methodologies
which are used for collecting information and requirement of the customers are surveys,
questionnaire, interviews, observation, focus group, and management of the feedback of the
customers. The critical quality characteristics are used for analysing the dissatisfaction of the
customers. The risks associated with the development of the house can be minimized to a
high extent by decreasing the complexity of the project and delivering the project within
approved cost and time (Ronald, 2007). The communication platform should be deployed
with the client, stakeholders, customers, and contractors to set the quality standards and
requirement specification plan to reduce the risks associated with the end product of the
development process. It is the systematic approach for reducing the risks, overcoming the
barriers in the construction process, open platform for sharing of new ideas, thoughts,
opinion, and vision of the participating units, helps in maintaining relationship with the

Translating customer needs into design requirement
In this section, we are going to translate customers need into the construction design for
fulfilling and managing consumer requirement to their full extent (Rabi, 2013). The quality
function requirement is used for translation of needs into required design. The construction
design can be effectively developed by setting the priority to the requirement of the
customers. The QFD tool is used for providing quality of work to the customers. The success
of the project depends on the completion of the construction program within the estimated
baseline of the project and raising the satisfaction of the customers (Senaratne, 2012).

Design Risks Analysis
The failure mode effect analysis is the process used for analysing the possible risks associated
with the project which can be the cause of the failure for the proposal of product and services.
The FMEA process is used for analysing the customer requirement (Mohmad, 2002). It
focuses on the project functions which are classified as manufacturing, designing, testing,
maintenance, reliability, marketing, sales, and purchasing. The scope management plan helps
in identifying design and processes associated with the construction services and process. It
works in the following procedures:
ď‚· Identification of the function associated with the designing and planning to know the
expectation of the customers.
ď‚· It is used for specifying the cause of failure which can create the scenario of the risks
associated with the project
ď‚· It is used for determining the consequences associated with the process laid down in
construction design. It helps in specifying the potential effects associated with the
construction process.
ď‚· The cause analysis tools are used for specifying the root cause of the failure of the
project. The proactive plan can be determined to resolve the potential risks associated
with the construction program.
ď‚· The procedures and mechanism are used for identifying the process control
ď‚· The critical characteristics are used for specifying safety procedures for government
regulation (Hamzah, 2011).
ď‚· The recommended action should be taken to resolve the failure issues associated with
the working of the construction activities and phases.

Conclusion
From the above discussion and selection criteria, we have identified that the supplier 1 (Ram
and Son’s) should be chosen for signing the contract for managing the resources on the
construction site for determining and matching the supply and demand associated with the
completion of the construction activities. The supplier 1 is the preferred choice because it has
been analysed that it provides the raw material on time, inclusion of good supplier
management process, certified supplier, good and healthy relationship with other parties to
manage the availability of the raw material at the time of deficiency, and the legal and
political regulation are followed by the supplier for managing the supply and demand without
any obscure. It has been seen that the cost of the contract is highest for the supplier 1 but he is
capable of providing good quality raw material therefore the privilege is not given to the
associated cost.

The risks associated with the development of the house can be minimized to a high extent by
decreasing the complexity of the project and delivering the project within approved cost and
time (Maul, 2011). The two tools used for managing the risks associated with the project are
process flow analysis and fault tree analysis.
Process flow analysis: The process used for managing the risks is composed of five phases
which are categorised as risks identification phase, risks analysis phase, acceptance of risks,
risk mitigation plan and control, and evaluation of the on-going process. The following
diagram shows the methodology used for overcoming the risks associated with the project:
Fault tree analysis: The fault tree analysis is used for handling the cause of failure associated
with the deployment of process functionality (Netscher, 2015). The identification of the

7. Conclusion
In this paper, we are able to identify the contribution of risks analysis and stakeholder
engagement for the successful completion of the project. This project works in the
development of activities which can effectively manage the efficiency of the project to be
completed within allocated budget and time. The development fault analysis tree helps in
identifying the cause of fault and failure in the early stages of the project development life
cycle which helps in reducing the risks associated with the processes during the deployment
of construction activities. The prototype model should be developed which is comprised of
space, environmental factors, and others. All the desirable and must have quality should be
taken under consideration. The inspection of the physical site helps in managing the quality
standards for determining the quality of the outcome of the construction program. The project
plan should be updated according to the changing requirement of the customers. The quality,
planning and analysis tools are used for determining the consequences associated with the
process laid down in construction design. It helps in specifying the potential effects
associated with the construction process. It has been seen that the quality and planning
standards helps in managing the barriers associated with the environment and the inclusion of
new trends and policies.
