The purpose of this study is to check theaudio interface of footwear at three types of frequenciesand finally acknowledging the behavioural change ofthe users. This study evolves with some statisticalmeasures like one-way ANOVA, confidence intervals ofmean and proportion, and descriptive statistics to drawthe final conclusions. This report is helpful to analysethe audio interface change due to fluctuation in thefrequency levels and finally it helps to conclude thebehaviour of those footwear users.Keywords— Confidence interval, ANOVA, DescriptiveStatistics, Audio frequency, Missing valueinterpretationI.INTRODUCTIONThis report deals on the empirical analysisof the quantitative data on footwear user study. Asurvey was conducted based on the responses on theaudio interface of footwear of 22 participants. Thestudy aims to represent a quantitative analysis of thisaudio interface and ultimately concludes on thechange of the user behaviour due to the change in theaudio interface [1].II.DATA ISSUESThe responses of 22 individuals on 21variables were recorded along with their changes forhigh, low, and control frequencies and wererepresented in the columns. Some variables wererecorded for two trials (repetition 1 and repetition 2).There were some missing values too [2].A.Respondents to problem 1. - Data Cleaning – Treatment for missing valuesUsually, when there is missing value in a datasetthen, the data field is removed from the dataset.However, the current dataset is small and the data ismissing for 30 data fields. Thus, the missing datafield(s) in a column is(are) replaced with the averageof that particular column instead of removing the

field from the dataset [3]. The missing values, whichare replaced by mean of all the values of therespective columns, are highlighted by yellow colourin the Excel Sheet.B.Respondents to problem 2. - Descriptive StatisticsThe descriptive statistics of 22 respondents forfive different variables are shown below.
