This questionnaire aims to gather quantitative data on knowledge transfer and cultural alignment between headquarters and subsidiaries. It consists of 12 questions on knowledge transfer and 6 questions on cultural alignment. The questions are designed to understand the effectiveness of knowledge transfer strategies, the impact of cultural misalignment on knowledge transfer, and the role of diversity and collectivism in improving knowledge transfer. The questionnaire also includes 6 qualitative questions to gather more insights on the challenges faced in knowledge transfer and how to handle them.
