1QUESTIONNAIRE FOR RENOVATION A small B&B service near the Chelsea is planning for getting a renovation in all the 20 rooms that they provide for accommodation. As the working in the organization, the manager have suggested to build a questionnaire that would help in collecting the data. The data collected would be used in finding the feedbacks by the customers who hire the motels for staying. Questionnaire are one method of collecting. The mode of questionnaires are usually primary data collection; which includes personal interview and survey (Krosnick 2018). The mode of questionnaire that would be assisted and discussed in the following study would be survey. The solo purpose of questionnaire is to provide and collect information regarding any topic (Brace 2018). The mechanism of questionnaire is the work of obtaining and collecting information and opinion form the questioners. The opinion, that is nothing but feedback from the customers are the main motive of the questionnaire also. The feedback or these opinions helps in collecting the necessary data that is needed by the organization that is conducting the survey or personal interview for any upgrade or any changes in their organization (McGuirk and O'Neill 2016). There are other tools that would help in collecting data, but questionnaires leads over them with several benefits. The following are the benefits that questionnaires provide other that any form of tool for collecting data. 1.The process of questionnaires are very cost efficient. It is considered as the most cheap and affordable ways or method for gathering important information and quantitative data. the process is carried out by hiring a person that would reach people in collecting data by asking question regarding the product or about the service or regarding the purpose of the questionnaires (Schobel et al. 2016). The process only targets to the desired group of customers that the organizationwouldchooseor decidethattherefeedbackisimportant.In this particular case, the questionnaire would focus on collecting the data from any group they like or think are important for the collection of the data for renovation of the rooms (Diamond, Horn and Uttal 2016). With this practical nature of questionnaire, it provides more than one possible end for answering the questions. 3.The process provides instant results. With the investment at stake, the organization could not go on a lengthy process of collection of the data. Questionnaire would give quick access to the feedbacks of the customers in less than 24 hours. In this way, it would also save time for the organization and it would help in getting answer whether the B&B service would need renovation or not. 4.Another important advantage that questionnaire provide to any organization or in this particular case the B&B service that anyone could create the question that are needed to be asked in the questionnaires (Carpino, Mora and De Simone 2019). Most of the questionnaires and surveys are quantitative in nature and they allow the easiest analysis of the results that are collected form the process.

The questionnaires could be composed of question form various perspective analysis that provided advantage. Data needed to be collected The management team at the B&B service would need to collect feedback from the customers regarding the service of the motel provides, about the room, about the food that is accompanied or complementary with the room allocated. They should also collected feedback about the lighting as there are some people who suffer from insufficient lighting or allergic to allergic to excessive lighting, about the location of the motel too.
