Introduction
Ready Cash is a finance service based organization that operates on a national basis.
The head office of the organization is situated in Adelaide and has established more than 100
stores in different parts of Australia in order to provide effective services to the consumers.
The main purpose related to the operations of Ready Cash is based on the Instant cash based
services which can be offered to the consumers. The two major parts of business operations
of Ready Cash include, the sale of second hand goods and providing short term based finance
services to the individual consumers. The business was established in the year 1958 and has
employed more than 700 people (Ahmady, Mehrpour and Nikooravesh 2016).
The essay will be built on the study based on the value proposition which is followed
by Ready Cash. The levels of value which are offered by the company to the external
stakeholders and the internal stakeholders by explaining the business model in a detailed
manner. The essay will also be based on a detailed explanation of different organizational
theories and management theories that can be linked with operations of Ready Cash.
Analysis of the organizational design of Ready Cash
As discussed by Alagaraja, Cumberland and Choi (2015), the value proposition of
Ready Cash was mainly based on the flattened organizational structure that has been
developed by the organization. The most important part of the value proposition of the
organization is based on the communication process that has been implemented by the
managers with employees. The managers of different departments have aimed at developing
relationships with employees in order to develop the functionalities of the company. The
future objectives of the business are analysed by the organization with the help of proper
development of value proposition of Ready Cash.

The flat organizational structure is mainly based on the ways by which the managers
and CEO of the company are able to develop their relationships and fulfil the objectives as
well. The organization aims at developing its image in the industry in such a manner that can
help in attracting customers based on the communication levels that are formed by the
managers. The company thereby aims at communicating with the employees and the
consumers in an effective manner in order to fulfil the long term based objectives (Brewster
and Cerdin 2018).
Promoting value to the stakeholders Management of the stakeholders and
promotion of value based on the business model value is considered to be a significant part of
the ways by which the organization can achieve its goals and objectives within the set period
of time. The stakeholder engagement based process can play a main part in showing the
views of stakeholders and for the formation of an effective relationship with the management
as well. Different companies are provided with the responsibility to develop proper value for
stakeholders for the purpose of engaging in the operations as well. The proper alignment of
management interests with interests of stakeholders is also important (Collings, Wood and
Szamosi 2018).
Modern organizations will be able to operate in a profitable manner only if the
stakeholders are provided with highest levels of value. The organizations thereby need to
follow some specific principles that can help them to provide the required value to the
stakeholders. The first principle is based on the ways by which the management can stop
managing the earnings or provide the required guidance based on the earnings. However, the
organizations are sometimes not successful in following this principle and have shown major
levels of expectations based on the earnings that are gained in the market (Datta, Ailawadi
and van Heerde 2017).
