reasons why the consulting services or management consulting professionals have been accepted
by the industry to provide their services. On the basis of two contradictory ideas the following
essay would produce the thematic analysis on the topic two find out the common theme between
the two contradictory ideas (Farja, Gimmon & Greenberg, 2018). Then the new and unstructured
external issues that impinge on the organizational performances would be identified and then the
evidenced argumentation based on the common themes would be presented. The essay would
