Job Description
Job Title: Labour Relation Advisor
Job Location: Canada
Job Summary: Need to prepare information for management of the company to utilize the
collective process of bargaining.
Job Duties: The candidate need to use their huge knowledge on wage data, economics,
collective bargaining trends and labor law, as well as interpreting and administering the
contracts of the employees in the organization with respect to wages or salaries, grievances,
healthcare facilities, union practices, welfare of the employees, pensions and other
arrangements. The candidate must possess a convincing power which will be essential to
resolve the disputes between the management and the employees of the organizations. The
candidate also need to develop labor policies, negotiating with the union about the collective
bargaining agreements, solving grievance procedures to tackle the complaints raised from
unionized employees, developing fresh or revised union contracts, compiling the information
related to statistics, supervising the management of industrial labor relations and others.
Reporting to: The Management Board
Working Hours: Normal office hours, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable, must there will be a hike from the last salary drawn

Job Specification
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Economics with an MBA degree in Human Resource
Experience: Minimum 7 Years as a Labour Relation Advisor
Skills: Excellent fluency in English as well as superb negotiation skills, apart from expertise
in filing of the paperwork
Age: Candidate should be minimum 40 Years of Age
Abilities: Must possess have up-to-date knowledge about the happenings in the surrounding
environment as well as the global environment regarding labour laws, apart from
communication and commanding skills and detail oriented.
