In this context, BUNI travel will be the undertaking and there is a vacancy for a business travel consultant and the organisation is deciding on a higher new consultant. But before that, it is important for the HR manager to identify and analyse the needs of an organisation related to human resources so that they can design the right candidate for job advertisements or any other material. So, it is important for the HR manager of an organisation to design the job description and person specification in the right manner.
