JOB SPECIFICATION
Job title: Business for Travel Consultant
Reporting to: Directly report to the manager
Job description: To help traveler to travel vasious destination places of
different city.
Responsibilities and Duties:
 It must required to understand the needs and the customers behavior.
 They need to suggests their clients according to their different suitable
packages.
 To make new effective decisions- making to solve many types of different
problems.
 They have abilities to resolve different queries of customers.
 They have to organize their customers journey for their smooth from
beginning to end.
 They need to develop the different types of skills for work in the agency.
Qualifications:
 They must have Bachelors degree in travel and tourism industry
 They need to develop the managerial and interpersonal skills
 They need to understanding of traveling Environment
 They have basic knowledge about the computer skills and have software
skills for traveling.
 This helps their travelers for their accommodation and transportation.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
Important Skills:
 They must have good Communication skills to help their customers and able to
give quick resolution.
 They need to be coordinating with their management in the organization.

and tourism industry in market share.
It contains the different various components:

as business travel consultant.
 Job Purpose – It able to explain the candidate about the purpose of this job.
By giving brief explanation of the responsibilities and requirements (Kaur and
Bhalla, 2018). The HR of BUNI travel agency is recruiting the travel
consultant as business. The individual had to manage all the obligation of
different travelers for their traveling. The candidate for the position is recruited

specification in the BUNI Travel agency (Hechtlinger, Levin and Gati, 2019). It also
consist of person specification which plays a very important role in the enterprise.. It

able to get maximum productivity and generate more profits in the market (Bencsik
and Machova, 2016).

dealing with elements like unemployment, import and export rate. This is
related with profit and revenue generation.
 Social Factors: It is based over culture and traditions existing within society
that has makes customer base developed. BUNI travel uses this for
understanding about customer needs and demands.
 Technological Factors: These are those factors which is related with
technological expansion that has been taking place on daily basis. BUNI
travels uses technology for enhancing online booking activities.
