which offers travelling service to tourist and local customers. This report will cover job
description and person specification of Business Travel Consultant. Further its will cover a job
advert for inviting potential candidates for filling vacant post of Business travel consultant at
BUNI Travels. Further, it will cover a plan which will outline business strategy in order to opt
best candidate. At last, it will cover three month staff development plan along with clear
rationale.

company might hire wrong candidate and may suffer its consequences in terms of lower

person it had negatively affected their performance and overall productivity. In order to get right
