INTRODUCTION
Recruitment and selection is a very important part of the organisation' in this process HR
manager finding the skill candidates for the vacancy position and after completing the recruitment
and selection process they provide training improve skills and knowledge (Pedersen, 2020). Hiring
right candidates helps the company to improve their performance and help to increase the profit of
the company. This report is based on BUNI Travels, it is a tour travel industry which provide
travelling services to their customers and in this report we cover job description of Business Travel
Consultant
MAIN BODY
Recruitment is main part of the HR department in this process manager try to attract the
qualified applicants for a job role and Selection is the process of selecting and identifying the
correct candidate for the job role along with after completing this selection process they provide
proper training to the candidate to improving their skills and knowledge. However if HR manager
hire wrong candidate, it will impact on their business performance and they will suffer by their
outcomes in terms of lower performance' so its important to choice effective candidate for the job
role and it can be more effective for the company.

also written that what skills are required for this job role and how to perform a specific role . This
helps the company to find the right person for the right job and this document give clarity about
