considered which has been recently open in London, UK. The presentation will cover
the description of the business with its management structure. It will state the job
description of the required candidates with their personal specification. Further, the
advertisement for the job will be made to hire the candidates and the format of the
application form which are needed to be filled by the expected employees.

The structure of the business defines the role and duties of the employees of the restaurant which assist in
aligning jobs with necessary task for the success of the business. Every restaurant has different structures
with many variations whether it is small or large scale. Therefore, The Café Waves is located in London
where one can easily approach it, although it has been recently opened so it has small business structure.
So the café will hire 25 employees to manage all the activities of the business. It will include the
bookkeeper who will be responsible for keeping the record of the transactions. A general manager will be
higher to manage the staff and other duties of the restaurant. The assistant managers will be hired to assist
the general manager for the responsibilities assigned to him. A manger will be hired to manage the staff
and other activities of the kitchen and finally the team members for providing the services of serving and
catering.
