Job purpose- The main purpose of this job is to enhance the performance of overall company by managing employees
in the store.
Job summary- Store manager is fashion industry plans the schedule and manages employees well to ensure that their
organisational policies will followed appropriately.
Duties and responsibilities-
• To manage all employees within the store by focusing on their performance and provide training opportunities.
