INTRODUCTION
People performance refers to the those techniques and processes which ensures that
employee work with their best ability and put the values of organisation into practice terms. At
the organisational level, the performance of people also very significant in terms of meeting out
the overall objectives of an organisation. In the present report, BUNI Travel is taken into
consideration(Bao and et.al., 2019). BUNI is an agent travel based at local level which is based in
Bolton which has relatively smaller work force that has been working with management at
personnel level. The present report will cover discussion about certain documents which includes
job description and person specification for consultant of business travel. In addition to this, the
report will cover analysis about job advertisement, recruitment strategy and three month staff
development plan for a new starter. Moreover the report will cover discussion about rational for
the documents which has been made in the design of materials.
