CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
Environment sustainability is a process of converting natural resources in such a manner that
it can protect global ecosystem of the world. It helps in supporting or protecting the health and
wealth of the living things so that present requirement can be fulfilled by keeping in mind future
needs and wants. There are three pillars of sustainability which is economic, social,
environmental sustainability. The economical pillar denotes the profit that can be earned by
business or communities, social denotes people life which can be made healthier and the last
environmental pillar focuses on planet which can be save by using resources in effective manner.
Environmental sustainability can be attained by various methods such as using renewable
energy, reuse and recycling metal or plastic, crop rotation and many more (Lai and Lee, 2022).
In recent time the threat of sustaining the environment is becoming the major concern and
measures should be taken effectively to combat with such major issue. The main reason behind
degrading environmental quality are global warming, climate change, increase use of plastic, rise
in pollution etc. One of the important advantage of environmental sustainability is improving the
human life by reducing the strain on earth support system. It helps in establishing the relationship
between reducing the use of plastic and providing environmental sustainability. This will assist
in providing more energy and resources so that proper utilisation can be made. Therefore, this
study will be highlighting the causes of environmental sustainability which create threat and hoe
the use of plastic negatively impact on the environment. The major area to study the role of
recycling plastic is UK supermarkets (Marrucci, Marchi and Daddi, 2020).
Research rational
The major reason behind conducting this investigation is to know the factor which
threatened environmental sustainability in greater sense. The problem to enhance the
sustainability is behaviour of mankind towards the nature and resources. Human behaviour
impact a lot and they disrupted the ecosystem in wide manner. There act depletes the natural
resources and enhance the global warming on the earth. One of the vital action of them is usage
of plastic which significantly contributes in the rise of environmental issues. The use of plastic is
very hazardous for the nature because it takes thousand years to decompose in the soil. This also
decrease the quality of soil which disturb the food chain. With their use carbon footprints
increases which release toxic gases that impact the oxygen level. In one of the report by national

geographical it is stated that only 9 percent of the total plastic is being recycled and degrade.
This results in enhancing air pollution, global warming and scarcity of resources.
Another reason for choosing this research is to know the impact of plastic bag which is used
by the supermarket stores of UK. According to one of the report published by Environmental
Investigation Agency and Greenpeace (EIAG), around 1.2 billion single handed plastic bags is
being produced by this sector. This means that 896853 tomes of plastic waste is done by retail
sector. Therefore, the investigation will be focusing on bridging the gap of environmental
sustainability by accurately adopting the measures (Alabi and et. al., 2019).

CHAPTER 2: LITERATURE REVIEW
This chapter is one of the important part of the whole investigation. In this section
information that is contain is from various past publish sources. Secondary information is there
which helps the investigator to gain more knowledge regarding the topic. This part is also used to
gain more insight show the acquired skills can be utilised in real life. Research gap is also being
found out by the past research and current investigation.
2.1 Environmental sustainability and its importance
As per the view of Vanapalli and et. al (2021), environmental sustainability is one of the
important concept in 21 centuries. Environmental sustainability is the process of using natural
resources in such a way that current need can be fulfilled by keeping in mind the future needs
and wants. It is the capacity between the earth biosphere and human civilization. Sustainably of
the nature mainly depends upon the human action. In recent time were competition is very high it
is becoming a major threat to maintain environmental sustainability. Effective environmental
measure need to be taken so that sustainable environment can be made. Some of their activities
that disturb the nature is land disturbance, over population, air and water pollution, hazardous
chemical, plastic wastage, using non-biodegradable waste and many more. This all imbalance the
ecosystem and biodiversity of earth in greater sense. One of the major issue of techno centrism
approach, were a wide variety of technological advancement is taking place. This contributes in
rising the major concern for environmental sustainability. There are three pillars of sustainability
which are as follow:
Economic sustainability: This pillar is majorly responsible for profit of the business and
organisation. It is the major duty of the companies to manage their resources in such a
manner that proper allocation and utilisation can be made. This helps them to minimise
the cost of production and enhancing their profit in day to day operations.
Social sustainability: This sustainability has the direct impact on the people. In this all
those measures should be adopted which can make the life of mankind healthier. This
will aid them to spend less amount on their health care if healthy air can be acquired.
Water, air, land is necessary for the people if this can be get in sound manner then they
can live a healthy and wealthy life.
6
Document Page
Environmental sustainability: The major focus of this pillar is on the planet were we
live. In this natural resources can be utilising in such a manner that scarcity cannot be
made for the future generation. Resource utilisation is very necessary in this pillar
(Klemeš and et. al., 2020).
Importance of environmental sustainability: Sustainability is important in recent time were
completion is at peak. To gain competitive advantages business are using resources in vast
manner, so to utilise the resources it is important to manage sustainability. It helps in deciding
how much energy, food and human resources should be used in day to day basis. This will also
help the planet by providing various natural resources so that scarcity can be removed. The
reckless human behaviour has created back fire on environmental sustainability. About 3.2
billion human population action damaged and harm the environment in various ways. So it
becomes various important to take effective measure which can aids the mankind and tell them
the importance of environmental sustainability in today’s world. With the help of sustainability
energy can be renewed so that shortage of energy in backward area can be remove in greater
manner and an environment can be created which is pure and safe to live (Agyeman and et. al.,
2019).
2.2 Causes of degrading environmental sustainability
According to the view of (Kumar and et. al (2021), environmental degradation means
deterioration of nature through depletion of various resources. This can be done by destruction of
surrounding and by eradication of wildlife. There can be different types of degradation such as
land degradation, water, air atmosphere degradation etc. some of the causes of degrading
environment sustainability in UK are:
Land disturbance: One of the elementary cause of environmental degradation in United
Kingdom is land damage. Numerous area in the country are being disturbed to build resort or
species which effect the soli. There are various plants which are being planted which impact the
local greenery. This reduction in local greenery reduce the food for those animals which survive
by this. Food chain disturb a lot by this land degradation.
Pollution: pollution can be of different type in UK. Air pollution in UK is the major
contributor in environment degradation. This impact the health of the people in the country. The
air is so bad in United Kingdom that approximately 40,000 people in a year shortens their life.
The global pollution is increasing with the use of tech centrism in the country. It ranks in 21

position in term of air quality of other countries. Some of the most polluted city in UK are
Chatham, Stockton, Belfast, Christchurch. The countries PM2.5 is lowest.
Overpopulation: Another cause of environmental degradation is rapid rise in population
which put more strain on natural resources. The death rate is quite low as compared to birth rate
because of proper medical facilities available in UK. Around 65 million people lives in UK and
this figure is rising in rapid manner. This figure will reach to 70 million till the year 2030. This
creates demand for food, clothes and shelter which indirectly affect the natural environment. To
fulfil the demand more deforestation is being done which is one of the another issue of
environmental degradation (Ng, Yang and Yakovleva, 2019).
Deforestation: Many rural area of UK is turning into urban areas for which they need
land. So to become the city deforestation is increased in large amount. In the year 2020 United
Kingdom has lost 4.15kha of natural forest. Numbers of tress are being cut down by the mankind
for their personal use. Rapid population enhancement and urban sprawl are the two main reason
behind deforestation in the nation. This cause environmental disturbance and impact the
upcoming future sustainability.
Some of the other major cause of degradation in United Kingdom is techno centrism.
Large technological advancement is being made by the country. This result in creating air
pollution. The rapid industrial growth by these digital devices impact the air quality and water.
The major prone industry that impact soil, water and air are mining sector, paint and chemical
industry etc. particle present in chemical industry pollute the air and water which imbalance the
natural gas and environment in greater way. The powerhouse in UK emits the ashes which
impact the lungs as they impure the air by the chemical present in it (Ojinnaka and Aw, 2020).
2.3 Impact of plastic usage in supermarkets on environmental sustainability
As per the view of Keller and Wyles (2021), the major impact of plastic usage is that it
takes long time to get decompose. Further various toxic substances are being realised when
plastic are being decompose in the land and pollute the air when they are burned. In United
Kingdom plastic is being used in vast manner. Almost in everything they are being cast-off.
They are used in clothes, phone case, food packaging and many more. The household sector of
the UK uses approximately 500,000 tons of plastic bag. But the recycling rate in this sector is
8
Document Page
only 170,000. This means that only 29% of plastic bag are being reused in UK by the household
livelihood.
According to one of the report plastic packaging in UK retail supermarket is the major
concern. The UK grocery store invest lot of amount in packaging that is placed in the market. It
was very high and this increase a lot day by day. Fruits and vegetables packaging in supermarket
is amount 38,000 tonnes and this rate will keep on increasing if step is not taken on frequent
manner. The supermarket stores produced 1.2 billion plastic bags per year so that they can
package their food and vegetables. The single use bags that are being manufactured by them is
1.1 billion. This is the main impacts as the plastic cannot be reused again. This disturb the
environment in large sense. This 1.1 billion plastic takes 100 of years to decompose in soil and if
they are burn then air pollution increased a lot. In one of the report publish by Greenpeace 2018,
10 supermarkets in UK placed 8,10,000 tones orders for single use plastic in the Britain market.
This figure causes a great impact in environment as the carbon footprints in the surrounding raise
a lot (Muralidharan and Sheehan, 2018).
Some of the measure impact of plastic in environment are degradation of soil, air pollution,
unhealthy life etc. plastic waste in the environment can create an issue which significantly
impact the life of mankind. Approximately around 9 percent of the total plastic is being recycled
and the rest in decomposed in various areas. They are left over in the land which crtes a situation
of landfills. Plastic is becoming one of the waste due to over production made by the
supermarket stores. Irrational production, decomposing and inappropriate recycle management
impacts a lot in context of plastic. Large plastic degradation ae being made in natural
environment with the help of physical and chemical process which creates UV raises, thermal
action, landfills and many more (Ahamed and et. al, 2021).
2.4 Influence of plastic recycling in UK supermarkets on environmental sustainability
As per the view of White and Lockyer (2020), it has been investigated from the research is
that only one third of the plastic used in food packaging are being recycled in UK. After the
Covid 19 pandemic UK supermarket are adopting the strategy of “plastic waste management
scheme under COVID-19 pandemic”. Some of the supermarket are taking innovative action to
recycle and reduce the use of plastic in upcoming years. Company like Waitrose has adopted the
strategy of refill and reuse options to their customer. This is the goal for the future so that they
9

can eliminate plastic from their retail stores. The organisation is encouraging their buyers to
bring their own containers and bags so that use of plastic can be reduced.
Tesco one of the leading brand has also aims to reduce the use of hard plastic and recycle
their packaging. The brand is planning for this so that they can remove bags that are made of
plastic when buyers are ordering home delivery items. They are looking for the plan so that they
can remove the plastic containers which is used in packaging food jar. Around 67 million piece
of plastic are being eliminated from their stores. This eliminating is made by removing tinned
cans, multipacks and many more. This approach is one of the best measure that is took by Tesco
so that they can sustain environment for future generation and can create good market image
(Klemeš and et. al, 2020).
Sainsbury: Another influence to recycle plastic is being took by Sainsbury. The
company annually use 1,20,000 tons of plastic to package their products. But recently the
organisation made a vison to reduce the plastic packaging by the year 2025 by 50 percent. Before
this aim they only reduced their waste by 1 percent and for that they ranked in last position in
terms of managing plastic waste. Another measure that is took by the retail store is remove non
recycled plastic from the product like loose bakery items. They are offering paper bags to their
customers so that they can be biodegradable easily. Not only this they are also planning for one
of the strategy that is pre cycle concept where buyers are giving option to recycle their unwanted
plastic by depositing them in the supermarket prior to the purchase of goods and services.
Some of the other companies like Morrison’s, Co-Op are also taking measures to maintain
environmental sustainability (Su and et. al, 2021).

CHAPTER 3: RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research methodology is that section of the investigation which focuses on two major
question that is how data can be gathered and how it can be analysed. It is the systematic process
to identify, analyse and interpret the data in more accurate manner by using various strategy and
choices. The major reason behind this chapter is to attain the aim and objective in accurate
manner. Validity and reliability of data is very important for achieving the aim and for this
different philosophy and approaches are being used by investigator. Research methodology is
further divided into sub parts which is discussed below (Snyder, 2019).
Research philosophy: It is set of belief and principle which is used by the researcher to
know the about the king of data. Research philosophy is divided into three parts which is
positivism, Interpretivism and realism. Positivism used the belief of quantitative data,
Interpretivism uses principle based on qualitative data and realism is based on perception of
human mind. In current investigation Interpretivism philosophy will be selected by the
researcher. The major advantage to choose this philosophy is that it will helps in identify the data
which can be expressed in words (Pandey and Pandey, 2021).
Research approach: It is used to test the validity of theories and hypothesis based on the
topic. Research approach is of two type that is deductive and inductive approach. The foremost
test the theories of quantitative nature and later test hypothesis based om qualitative nature. As
per the present investigation investigator will be choosing inductive approach to test theories. In
this new theories are being developed which is based on qualitative data. Deductive is not
selected because it only test theories of numerical nature (Kumar, 2018).
Research strategy: Some of the strategy that can be used to gathers the information are
survey, action research, Systematic literature review, experimental research, case study, groped
study and many more. In current research examiner would be choosing systematic literature
review strategy. The major reason behind selecting this research strategy is it will help in
gathering various secondary data from different sources. The time to gathers data will also be
less and cost incurred will be low (Nayak and Singh, 2021).
Research choice: Quantitative and Qualitative are the two research choice in that
quantitative gathers numerical information and Qualitative gathers non numerical information.
Further they are divided into sub parts that is mono method, mixed method and multi method.
According to current research topic. Mono method will be chosen so that one single type of
11
Document Page
information can be collected. In mono method qualitative data will be obtained which can easily
be expressed in words and statements (Zangirolami-Raimundo, Echeimberg and Leone, 2018).
Time horizon: There are two-time framework to know the point of time which are cross
sectional and longitudinal. Cross sectional collects the data for single time and longitudinal
gathers data for longer time duration. In present investigation cross sectional time horizon would
be used to completed the research in shorter time. The benefits that can be obtained while using
this time horizon is that data can be get from the respondent according to the current scenario.
Longitudinal time framework is not selected because it takes longer time to gathers the
information and data which is obtained in this very from the previous time (Ragab and Arisha,
2018).
Data collection: Data collection is the technique of gathering data from various sources
as per the selected study. Primary data and secondary data are the two data types. Primary data
means the information which is fresh and used for the first time in the investigation. On the other
hand, seconder information is the second hand data which is used by multiple researcher prior to
the investigation. In current investigation, researcher will be selecting secondary data collection
method. This is choosing because it will gather secondary information from various second hand
sources such as books, journal, magazine, articles and many more.
Data analysis: Data analysis is the method of evaluating and measuring the collected
data, frequency distribution and thematic are the two data analysis method. Frequency
distribution measure numerical data and thematic is used to evaluate non numerical information.
In present research. Researcher will be choosing thematic data analysis method to valuate
qualitative information. The main reason behind selecting this technique is that evaluation can be
made in better wat with more insights. More detailed understanding can be get by using this
method (Basias and Pollalis, 2018).
Research ethics: It is very important to follow ethical consideration. According to the
current research some of ethics that need to be follow are honesty, authencity, transparency.
Ethics need to be obey because it will assist the researcher to collect information without
harming anybody feelings and sentiments. In fact, no data discrimination is made while
obtaining the data from the participants (Säfsten and Gustavsson, 2020).
12
Document Page
Research limitation: In this research various limitation are being faced while completing
the research. The first limitation is lack of knowledge regarding the chosen topic. This creates a
problem to complete the research with full fledges. Time management is also one of the issue. As
allocating time to different activities is quite a tough task. Cost is also one of the barrier which
had not allowed to conduct researcher with proper budget (Dodds and Hess, 2020).

CHAPTER 4: FINDINGS, DISCUSSION & ANALYSIS
Findings
On the basis of above discussion, it is analysed that the main goal of this research is to focus
on the environmental sustainability & avoid the plastic so that companies can effectively
improve their market value. The primary goal of this research is to analyse & determine the
component that poses the greatest danger to ecological responsibility. The challenge with
environmental improvement is humanity's attitude toward environment & resources. Human
psychology has had a significant influence on the ecology, causing widespread disruption. There
action depletes national environment & causes climate change. It is analysed that one of the most
important initiative is avoid the plastic because it makes a significant contribution to the increase
of climate difficulties. It is determined that plastic is extremely harmful to the environment since
it takes thous&s of years to degrade in the soil. This also lowers soil structure that disrupts the
ecological cycle. Through the effective discussion with the literature review, it is analysed that
carbon footprints rise as a result of their use, releasing hazardous gases that reduce oxygen
supply. It is identified that 9% of all plastic gets transferred & degraded, according to a National
Geographic investigation. As an outcome, pollution, global climate change, & resource depletion
are all worsened.
The primary motive of this research is to full fill the requirements of the aim & objectives so
that researcher can effectively evolve the effectiveness of their research. There are three
objectives are considered in this report like to determined the causes of degrading environment
sustainability & then study influence of plastic usage in supermarkets on environmental
sustainability & to evaluate the influence of plastic recycling in UK supermarkets on
environmental sustainability. Another objective for doing this study is to learn more about the
effects of micro plastics bags used by UK supermarkets. On the basis to a research issued by the
Environment Investigation Conducted & Goodwill this industry produces roughly 1.2 billion
Styrofoam cooler bags each year. This indicates that the retail industry generates 896853 tonnes
of plastic garbage. As an outcome, the inquiry will concentrate on bridging the gap between
ecological sustainability & precise implementation of actions.
14
Document Page
On the basis of this research, it is found that an appropriate consequence of the plastic
consumption has been that it takes awhile to degrade. Moreover, there are many harmful
compounds are released as plastic decomposes in the environment & is burnt, polluting the air. It
is analysed that the usage of plastic extensive in United Kingdom. It is found that more than 1.5
million tonnes of plastic bags are mainly used in the UK's residential sector. However, only
170,000 people recycle in this industry. This indicates that just 29% of plastic bags in the UK are
repurposed for home use (Alola, 2019).
Discussion
As per the explanation about the literature review, it is determined that with the help of
secondary data base it is analysed that social sustainability is the conversion of natural products
in such a way that such state of global ecosystems is protected. It aids in maintaining or
conserving the wealth & prosperity of living things so that current needs & wants may be met
while future needs & wants are considered. Economic, social, & process involved are the
cornerstones of durability. The economic dimension refers to the revenue that can then be
produced by businesses or societies, the social pillar refers to people's lives that can then be
made healthy & so the last environmentalist pillar refers to the globe that could be saved by
effectively managing resources. There are various approaches such as utilising the renewable
power, recyclable materials sheet metal & cover crops, it can be used to achieve green
environment (Ahmed and et. al., 2020). The threat of environmental preservation has recently
become a serious worry, & appropriate steps should be implemented to tackle such a massive
problem. Global warming, climate variability, increased usage of plastics, increased pollution, &
other factors are really the primary major cause of environmental degradation. One of the most
significant benefits of sustainable development is that it improves human life by lowering the
pressure on the humanity's support structure. It can help in the establishment of a link between
minimising plastic consumption & ensuring ecological responsibility. It is determined that it can
help to provide more energy & time so that they may be used properly. As outcomes, the focus
of this research will be on the threats to ecological responsibility & how the usage of plastic has
a detrimental influence on the ecosystem. The importance of recycling & reuse in UK
supermarkets is one of the most important areas to research.

Analysis
In order to maintain the effectiveness of this research study, researcher is totally dedicated to
generate in-depth knowledge about the research topic so that researcher can full fill the criteria of
the research question. This report is distributed in three parts that is their research objectives.
First objective is all about Environmental sustainability & its importance, with the help of this
objective, research identify the significance of the environmental sustainability rate. Sustainable
development, in the opinion of many, is one of the most essential concepts in the twenty-first
century. It is analysed that the technique of utilizing ecological resources in such a manner that
present requirements may be met while also considering possible needs & expectations is known
as ecological responsibility. It refers to the capacity of the earth's ecosystem to support human
civilisation. Nature's sustainability is largely dependent on human activities. In recent years,
when competitiveness has been fierce, maintaining ecological responsibility has been a key
challenge. Ecological environment measures must be done in order to create a sustainable
environment. It is determined that disruption, population, water contamination, dangerous
chemicals, plastic trash, & the use of quasi garbage are only a few of their actions that harm the
environment. This has a stronger impact on the earth's environment & ecosystems. Another of
the key issues with the techno centrism viewpoint is that there is a wide range of technical
progress. This adds to the growing worry about sustainable development. The following are the
three cornerstones of sustainable practices.
The objective is all about the Causes of the degrading environmental sustainability in which
researcher analysed damage from the degrading environmental sustainability rate. It is analysed
that environmental damage, in the opinion of, refers to the destruction of nature as a result of the
depletion of fossil fuels. This may be accomplished by destroying the environment & eradicating
wildlife. There are several forms of pollution, including l&, freshwater, air, & atmospheric
degeneration. Some of the factors that contribute to the UK's declining ecological sustainability
include l& disturbances is one of the most common sources of pollutants in the U.K. Many areas
around the nation are being degraded to make way for resorts or animals that have an impact on
the soil. Plants species are being planted, all of which have an influence on the area vegetation.
This decrease in local flora reduces the food available to those creatures that rely on it to thrive.
This soil degradation has a significant impact on the food chain. There are various factors are

involved like pollution, overpopulation, deforestation & many more. It is analysed that in UK,
40000 people die every year & this country is got twenty first ranks in context of the quality. By
2030, this number will have risen to 70 million. This increases demand for food, clothing, &
shelter, all of which have an indirect environmental impact. Additional reforestation is now
being established to achieve demands, which is yet another concern of environmental
deterioration.
The third objective is mainly concerned about the supermarket & the main motive of the
researcher is to analyse the impact of the plastic in the supermarket on the environmental
sustainability. It is analysed that plastic packaging is a serious problem in UK retail
supermarkets, based to one survey. The packing that is marketed by the UK grocery shop costs a
lot of money. It was extremely high, but it was steadily increasing day by day. The number of
fruits & veg packaged in supermarkets is 38,000 kilograms, & this pace will continue to rise if
action is not done on a regular basis. 1.2 billion tons of plastic were manufactured by grocers.
CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATIONS
According to this report, it is concluded it is necessary for the organisation to take care about
the environmental sustainability rate so that company can improve provide their contribution in
the environmental development. This report creates the link between recycling plastic in UK
supermarkets & preventing environmental sustainability from being jeopardised. There are some
factors which company need to think about it like, economic sustainable development in which
manager is responsible for the company's & organization's profit. Corporations have a big
authority to handle their materials in such a way that optimum amount & exploitation may be
achieved. This aids them in lowering manufacturing costs & increasing profits during day
activities. With the help of this report, research identified the effectiveness of the sustainability
rate & reduces the usage of plastic so that supermarkets companies like Tesco & Sainsbury &
many others can work effectively & provide their participation in the development of
environmental sustainability rate.
17

Recommendation
On the basis of above explanation about this report, there are some recommendations are
given by the researcher which are given below-
In order to avoid the plastic & improve the environmental sustainability rate company
need to focus on the social sustainability rate. People are directly affected by these
sustainable practices. All steps that can enhance humanity's greatest life healthier should
be taken in this regard. Company need to follow the clean environment because If
company can have clean environment, they will be likely to afford less money on
personal health care. People require drink, air, & l& to have a healthy & prosperous
existence. If these can be obtained in a safe manner, they may live a healthy &
prosperous life (Khan and et. al., 2019).
Supermarket companies need to improve their interest in the environmental sustainable,
In recent times, when completion is at an all-time high, sustainable development has
become increasingly vital so that company can effectively maintain environmental
sustainability rate. Businesses use a wide range of resources to obtain competitive
advantages, thus it's critical to maintain sustainably when utilising those sources.
It is determined that It aids in the determination of how much electricity, material, &
personnel should be used on a daily basis. This should benefit the earth by supplying a
diversity of natural products, hence alleviating shortages. Humans' reckless behaviour has
had a negative influence on environmental sustainability. The actions of around 3.2
billion people have harmed & harmed the ecosystem in diverse ways. As a result, it is
more vital to implement effective measures that will benefit humanity & educate public
about the importance of sustainable development in today's society (Thangavel and
Sridevi, 2016).
Company need to concerned about the sustainability reporting & it is determined that
earth on which we live. Resources can be used in what a way that scarcity will not be
created for subsequent generations. In just this pillar, resource use is critical.
It is also recommended that with the help of sustainably, energy may be replenished,
allowing for a larger reduction in energy shortages in underdeveloped areas & also the
creation of a pure & comfortable way to live in (Sarkis and Zhu, 2018).
18

There are various benefits of the avoiding the plastics like better human life, Fewer
Carbon Dioxide Emissions, save money & save the environment globally so it is
necessary for the retailer organisation to avoid the usage of plastic through specific things
like Buying food in bulk stores & using reusable containers, plastic should be recycled
wherever feasible, avoid using small items such as plastic cutlery & straws, purchasing
liquid soap in boxes rather than bottles & also create your customized cleaning supplies.
