This research proposal aims to identify appropriate strategies to reduce employee turnover and improve productivity at TESCO. It examines the concept of employee turnover, strategies used by TESCO, and causes of employee turnover rate. The research objectives include understanding the concept of employee turnover, identifying strategies used by TESCO to reduce employee turnover, examining the main causes of employee turnover rate at TESCO, and recommending appropriate strategies to reduce employee turnover. The research methodology includes a survey investigation strategy with a sample size of 50.
