Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment: Evidence from Jordan

This study examines the relationship between employee engagement and organizational commitment in Jordan. The findings suggest a positive correlation between the two variables, indicating that engaged employees are more likely to be committed to their organizations. The study provides valuable insights for organizations in Jordan seeking to enhance employee engagement and improve organizational commitment.
