My role was to help doctor to treat patients. I performed some basic nursing practices like

My goal was to become a dental nurse. So that I can solve dental problems of people and advise

My strength was that I was having a strong grasping power. Whatever I learned in training I
quickly adopt in my practice. My weakness was that I was not able to work in team. I felt
uncomfortable in working with them.
A dental nurse must possess skills like communication, multitasking, team working, etc. also, he
or she must have basic computer literacy skills.
4. Analysis
I played my roles and contributed in achieving team goals. I was given task to provide after
services to patients. my senior said that I helped patient in quick recovery.
5. Conclusion
I can bring creativity in team. I can evaluate new method of providing after services. This will
help in adding new goals to clinic.
6. Action plan
By communicating frequently and segregating roles team work can be improved. I will be able to
work in more effective way.
7. This can be used by other to identify weakness in skills and improving them.
