INTRODUCTION
This present reflective study is going to show importance of analysing strengths and
weaknesses by working in an organization with different types of patients. It will also show
importance of communication, team working public speaking, integrity and others skills for
working in community service organization in an effective manner.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on observed interaction between health team member
While working in community service organization I learned so many things and evaluated
my own skills as well as weaknesses. There were several situations occur and in one of them I
observed interaction between health team members in which I found that for making
communication effective and better we all require communication and active listening skills and
well as team working skills. In observing and interaction between health team members like
doctors, managers and others I found that different people have different perceptions about one
thing and for taking better decision regarding patients’ treatment we all have to agree upon them.
In such situation because of my introvert nature I was facing problems in sharing my own views
but on the other hand, I found out that I have good active listening skills and by listening to all I
learned so many different things which helped me out in understanding importance of
communication skill. So, overall I can say that I am lacking in public speaking skill and good in
active listening (Jahromi and et.al., 2016).
Reflection on reaction to specific sights, sounds, smells and noises
In the context of Working in community service organization I can say that it is not an easy
task as we have to treat several types and critical patients and different patients have different
behaviours and nature. So dealing with them in an effective and polite manner is one of the
critical tasks. While working in such voluntary organization I faced different situations such as
listening different noise, smell and sight. I got to know that our senses when they work
collaboratively makes us mind able to better understand surrounding (Yohana, 2020). I listened
