INTRODUCTION Reflection refers to the process ofthinking about the experiences and analysing its effects, causes and future indications. Reflection is basically exploring of issues of concern related to an experience. It is not necessary for a reflection to be positive, it can even be negative. There are some things that I feel during my experience where I got some difficulties. The main thing in this process is to be honest with yourself, If you are not honest then you cannot work on the difficult parts of your evaluation. But on the other hand I learned new things and also improved my skills. It aims to be thoughtful and analytical based on your experience.(Kiersch and Gullekson, 2021) This reflection is all about the experienced I gained during my journey of the planning process while development of my business idea. It is based on how I functioned there, how I felt during the process, what I have learned and many other such things. We will discuss how the process might have more effective, what else could I have done and much more. Benefits of reflection It helps us in taking the future decision as from experience an individual came to know about his interests and problems he faced during that period or he/she look for better opportunities. An individual can understand his/ her own values and addition and work on them if necessary. Also it increases self motivation. Self reflection also work as a team building activity as people share there thoughts with each other, review works of each other, acknowledges each others efforts and thoughts. So all these activities and emotions creates an environment of relation between employees. The good thing about self reflection is that we came to know about our capabilities, our interests and the best we can do and how can we be most effective. One more thing I have noticed during my experience is that some people have overcome their fears which is very unique for me as well(Kopnina, 2020). Different types of models There are different types of models of reflection some of them are-

CARL model of reflection– This model is also known as CARL technique. It focuses on the following elements in depth - ◦C – The context of past experiences. ◦A – The actions that were taken. ◦R – The results that occurred. ◦L – The lessons that occurred. Gibbsreflective cycle– It involves examination of a person's feeling and how those feelings have impacted the situation and experience(Levine, 2022). I am using Gibbs model as this model acknowledges feelings of an individual which is also very important aspect of the whole experience. This model is developed by professor Graham Gibbs. He published his reflective cycle in 1988 in the book “Learning by Doing”. It helps an individual to understand what he did well, what he did not done well and what he can do better in the future. It is useful for the person especially who did not do well. There are six stages in this model(Perusso, 2019). Description – When I was planning for my business idea I found that there are several resources which are available in the market and are of great use for my business idea. There is an team of five persons who helped me during this process. Every person in team has their own business idea which I personally found very creative. Their creative ideas and their thoughts gave me very interesting ideas to implement in my business. Each of them has their own process of thinking and everyone has their own point of view to a single problem. Well it is not true to say that everyone was right about their perspective there are times when they also gone wrong. Thinking and Feeling – At first I felt a little nervous, there are questions in my mind like what if my team do not understand or like my idea and what if I gave wrong suggestions. But later on I found everyone of them very understandable and passionate to work. The main thought which I got continuously is about what I am learning from this process which I think is important also.
Evaluation – There are a lot of things which I learned from this experience. I got a lot of creative ideas for my business idea which are definitely beneficial for my business idea. Also I found out challenges which I will face when I will start my business. But I personally did not like time management in our team. Given tasks took a lot more time than we thought. There are times where team gets into conflicts which creates problems for everyone. Analysis – Despite of problems faced by us, everything went well at last. The main reason for it is that we helped each other in work, we found solutions for critical problems by combining every team members thoughts. Teamwork is an important factor which helped us in this process. Every team member's previous experiences played an important role throughout the journey. My research and creative ideas also led to the success of this planning process(Posthuma, 2020). Conclusion – I think there are some things that I could have during this planning process which could have helped me. I could have take help from my seniors as they are more experienced than me and can give better advice to me. Action Plan – If I get a chance to participate in this process I will definitely grab it. It is very beneficial for a person who want to learn new things. This time I will focus on the areas where I was not good before. Time management is one of the key are where I will work to overcome this problem REFERENCES Books and Journals Kiersch, C. and Gullekson, N., 2021.
