Main Body The current reflective learning focuses on presenting &reflecting on my knowledge &experiences about the first &second semesters, which include a variety of topics &modules studied as part of this series to commercial enterprise &appropriate marketing. I have made &learned about many functions of the commercial enterprise, including advertising, economics, including hr processes, as well as directing an efficient business plan. I also gained a better grasp &understanding of relevant business decisions &strategy creation in the areas of supply chain, logistics, quality control, &other critical elements of corporate management(Easterby-Smith, Jaspersen, Thorpe and Valizade,2021).Furthermore, using the Gibbs reflective model, an enhanced&betterevaluationonthetraining&underthinkingmadehereonsubjectof commercial administration &performance has been supplied below, together with the important findings &knowledge obtained between semesters 1 &2.
