MAIN BODY
Team building is management technique which used for improving the efficiency s well
as performance of work group with the assistance of several activities (Flaming and Mosca,
2019). There are several skills which involved within this such as analysis and observation for
forming a strong and capable team. Main motive behind forming team is to accomplishing vision
and objective of business firm. In addition to this, within an organisation manager is specialized
within team building skills as they have to find out strength and weakness of team members.
Then create right mix of different skills and after that focus on developing strong relation as well
as trust among team members.
It has been identified by that learning team building skills is necessary because it provide
assistance to organisation in accomplishing their predetermined goals in effective manner within
required duration (Feldman, 2018). Along with this, it is not easy to design a team there is
requirement of several skills as well as knowledge for developing team in effective manner.
Moreover, there is requirement of identifying strength and weakness each member for building
team in effective manner. As it is important that each and every member should have different
skills as well as good relation with each other. While making team it is important for me that I
have to encourage communication as well as interaction within team members and also I should
have to focus on several team building skills for reducing stress level of people involved within
team. Apart from this, team frame for accomplishing specific goals and objectives so it is
necessary to communicate these clearly to members whop are involved within team. Along with
this, role of each and every member should be specified and direction should be provided to
them that how goals and objectives will be accomplished.
Through learning this team building skills it has been identified by that there are several
advantages of this within an organisation. With team building exercise I am able to exercise
strength and weakness of every member who are involved within this activity. This is not
possible analyse staff member strength and weakness in daily routine it can be only possible
when team building exercise will conduct. Moreover with the assistance of this it become easy
for me to allot task to employees according to their strength and weakness. In addition to this,
team building activity will define role as well as important of group for business form in
reaching their vision. It also help individual in understanding their company goals, mission,
vision as well as objectives clearly and also motivate them to contribute in their accomplishment.
