Introduction
In this reflective journal I will reflect deeply upon the team process, through which I
will critically reflect as well evaluate the situation. I will further utilise Kolb’s Reflective
Model to present my critical reflection over team-process. In this context, David Kolb has
published his important learning styles with the help of a model in the year 1984 (D. Kolb).
In Kolb’s learning style inventory, he has highlighted experiential learning theory through
four phases of learning as Concrete experience, Reflective observation, Abstract
conceptualization and active Experimentation (D. Kolb).
Kolb’s Reflection
My reflection mainly focused on team-process as I worked in a team and my all team
members contributed a lot to promote team-based learning. Based on (Bassos), I also
observed other team members work which provided a life-long learning for my future career
development.
