INTRODUCTION
Group work is mainly considered as a collaborative activity that is useful to attain
common objectives in appropriate manner. Reflection defines as learning and thinking in order to
learn and experience something (Kolb and Kolb, 2018). This reflection is done on group work
using Gibbs reflection model. Further it also demonstrates three key behaviors under CIPD that
helps in developing action plan prominently.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on experience on teamwork using Kobb’s model
Reflection is the process of learning and experiencing something that helps in developing
individual personality. As I involved in group task I focused on examine my individual
performance by assessing strength and weakness of skills so that in future I got more
employability opportunity. To reflect I would use Kolb reflection model that has four aspects:
concrete experience, reflection observation, abstract conceptualization, action experimentation
that are discussed below:
Concrete experience- During my current module I am very excited to involve in group
activity because from this I learn several things in relation to working in team. While working in
a team I experienced that different individual have their unique behavior and to understand this I
will focus on coordinating with those person. with this group activity several activities are
performed like group presentation, seminar organize etc. in this I indulge in preparing
presentation, handling team, solving problem that was occur in team.
Reflective observation- By involving in particular group work I had experienced several
positive and negative facts. In this I observed that my seniors bifurcating work into group as per
person specialization and potential of doing things. In this I do the work of team handling,
preparing presentation etc. because I am an extrovert person who is open to share thoughts of
other person. Due to which my seniors think that I performed this role properly. During this
group work I realized that it is not an easy job and quite difficult to solve conflicts by
understanding different person Behavior. But in this I also feel good because my seniors full
support me to handle situation properly by guiding on every step. During presenting myself I feel
