INTRODUCTION
Reflection works as strong tool and informative statement to bring out various performance
standards which are currently working under individual, which needs to be functionally improved and highly
program out new techniques. This report explains various other parameters onto which higher academic
standards which can be leveraged for higher creativity and higher business frameworks, which will enable
me in gaining strong productive targets.
Definition “Reflection”:
Reflective writing can be understood by the fact that it enables people to analyze various segments of
learning which is functioned by people throughout their academic career, high ethical working functions and
the relative use of strong reflective models through which people can understand and go ahead in their
careers. Reflecting writing works as a statement through which people can program out various key models
on networking further in progressive future fields and relatively serve various business gaols onto which one
can analyze various arenas, of strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities which are the strong
attributes (Cheng, 2017).

 I have analysed that interpersonal
communication skills are my strength to
communicate with team members, as i
realised i am very fluent in working with
strong communication skills.
 I have also realised that innovative thinking,
high functional use of creativity models are
also my strength which helped me in gaining
strong expertise.
 I also found that i am good in researching the
best attributes towards gaining high relative
functional information through which i have
gained good comments from professors in
my academic career.
WEAKNESSES
 I have analysed that i am currently weak
towards analytical skills which explains that
variably it has become highly important to
learn these skills, to perform high in
academic career.
 I have analysed that i am currently weak for
leading my whole team with strong diversity
and need to improve my leadership skills. As
it is highly important to function well in my
academic and professional lives.
 I have also analysed that i am weak in
numeracy skills, which needs to be gained
knowledge with experience and fundamental
diversity can be developed along in my
academic career.
THREATS OPPORTUNITIES

 There is threat of gaining strong efficiency
and competitive marketing skills where all
my team members are highly efficient, as i
am currently weak towards competitively
bringing forward my skills because of less
confidence (Mann and Walsh, 2017).
 There is threat of functional efficiency and
the determination to work more productively
towards my assignments, projects through
which i can gain high expertise forward in
my academic career.
 I realised there is also programming
efficiency required among group functions in
my assignments and group projects , as there
is strong demand for high programming
among competitors along in my teams.
 There is also high opportunity of learning
leadership skills which will help me in
leading team members, guiding my peers
and taking strong decisions which will add
to my strength.
 There is high opportunity of programming
skills in my assignments and projects into
future for my academic professional career
as competitively it has become detrimental
and highly important to focus on these for
higher future working parameters.
 I have also realised the opportunity of
bringing confidence in my speaking skills ,
leadership among peers and team mates and
researching with the given project criteria
which will enable me in strong positioning
myself among my professors (Suleman,
2018).

I want to improve my academic skills in future performance towards my career at university,
through which i can gain strong efficiency towards my professional work performance which will aid
me in getting favourable job position and also enable me in further starting up any new business.
Improvement in academic career will aid me fundamentally to gain strong access towards various
presentation models and creative development of mind through which synergy is developed for
higher rational creative functions. Improvement in academic skills will gain me practical knowledge
of diversity and optimum use of various resources in development of gaining high ethical working
standards, through which creativity is developed and functional development of various horizons.
 I will gain improvement in my academic career with relevant use of academic skills, improvement of
overall vocabulary and highly using my strength of strong interpersonal skills to establish high
success benchmarks in my professional career (Thompson and Thompson, 2018). I plan to further
improve my employability skills with strong use of confidence to convey my ideas, threshold
knowledge and functionality towards my career which will be working as strong strength towards my

with people. I will attend various seminars and training platforms through which i can create various
platforms to understand the diverse knowledge which will further add my potential strength and
rational thinking towards various fundamental roles.

These parameters will enable me in gaining huge perspective knowledge of working with various
peers and team mates where rationally it will be highly attributive to take forward various potential
benchmarks for higher productive talents.
 The academic performance will be further developed as i will work with various seminars and
training sessions through which i can gain huge experience and further add to diverse thinking
patterns which will further add to my strengths, use various potentiality through which i can gain
various new opportunities to be further larger productively active towards reaching the set
benchmarks. These techniques will further enable me in relatively building strong working threshold
parameters and technically gain strong working arenas through high productive use of strong
vocabulary. There is also high use of learning new reading skills with large use of vocabulary ,
strong English and the rational use of gaining huge experience of working among strong
professionals and functionally leveraging high usage of strong skills and high technical usage of
various goodwill attainment tools among competitive business environment among all professional
careers (Ullmann, 2017).

This report can be concluded with explanation that reflective writing is highly helpful for
bringing out strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities which are part of various
reproductive actions in academic and professional lives. Report concludes that writing and
