INTRODUCTION
Reflection is the complete evaluation of the work which is done by the people. This is the
structure report where include the complete group work and its management at the time of work
in effective manner. In this report include the Kolb's learning cycle which is the model of
reflection writing. This help to manage complete work at the workplace. This learning cycle is
helpful for manage complete group work reflections. This considered with 4 stages are concrete
experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation. The
report will include the reflection on group work like team roles, balance of team role, difference
between a group and a team.
PART 2
Reflection on group work.
Group work is the complete contribution of all the team member who are working at
company. In that management allot work to whole team and students work on the project for
same goal. In order to write the best reflection here is selects Kolb's learning cycle which is as
follows:
I feel that this theory is completely theoretical model of experiential learning which is
grounded for humanistic and constructive prospects (Barnes, Ernst and Hyde, 2017). This model
help to make complete reflection of work which has done by team member for achieve common
goals and objectives. This creates more effectiveness for business and for students. There are
differences between the group and a team. Group is the randomly selected people and team is
managed by leaders for making success into the projects work.
Concrete experience:
I feel that group work is very difficult because there are various people and their views
are totally different for completing work in effective manner. But when teacher made group then
I have experience about completing work on the time because I have little experience of the
managing team members. Through that get new learning which leadership style. Out team leader
is performed well and support to all the people who are in group they guide them about work.
This new learning experience added into my old experience create something new and unique
work (Kolb’s model of Experiential Learning, 2020). This provides me best learning skills into
the group. If When, leader allot me the work then I feel that I am not able to do this work with
