INTRODUCTION Reflective learning can be defined as looking back at the experience of the individual and then critically analysing the events. This involve considering all the unsuccessful as well as successful aspects of the learning experience. There are many benefits of reflective learning as this helps the learner to improve the reading comprehension as well as the performance level of writing also get increased (Slepcevic-Zach and Stock, 2018). This is important as well for the learners as this provides them the basis for the improvements by gathering the feedbacks and reviews from the teachers. This type of the learning when practised by the students helps them in making the learning as more conscious process. This report will illustrate the critical reflection of the semester 1 as well as of the semester 2 which involves the topics which has been studied in both the semesters. MAIN BODY Reflection of Semester 1- The reflection of the topics which has been learned by me in the semester one can be effectively described by using the Gibbs' model of reflection. Gibbs' reflection model is the tool which is used by the individual to explain the learning experience in much detailed and effective manner (Lousberg and et.al., 2020). This model involves the six stages such as Description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion as well as the action plan. These stages can be used for the reflection of semester one such as- Description:The topics which has been learned in the semester one were on the area of the human resource in the operational and the business management within the organisation. The learning process for the overall semester was quite good as it enabled me to develop by enhancing the skills and the competencies. The lectures which were held for the semester were very timely and the topic was explained in much detailed manner which enabled me to learn the topic effectively. The overall learning experience was found effective for me as through this I have learned how the human resource plays the role in operational and business management of the organisation.
Feelings:While attending the lectures of this semester I felt very nervous as the topic was very wide and in starting of the lectures I was not able to cope up with the speed of the learning process. I was not able to manage the time according to the lectures which were happening which made me lag behind of the other learners. Learning the topics of this semester I felt very good as this has made me learn the areas where I require the improvements and where I am good. Whenever the teachers asked me any questions to be answered in the front of the other ast that time I felt very nervous and unconfident and was not able to give the answers because of this reason. Evaluation:Theoveralllearningprocesswasverygoodasthishascontributestomy professional development which is very helpful for my future. The speed of the lectures took in this semester was very fast that I was not able to manage the time effectively. I was not able to make time for practising the topics which were learned in the lectures. The content was also very complex where I was not able to learn and read things in one go this helped me in analysing that my communication skills are also not good. Analysis:The things in the learning experience gone very well that I was able to learn the things very effectively and the teachers were used to ask the questions in the class was also very good thing. This has helped me much as due to this I was able to fight with the nervousness as well as the questions which were asked by the teachers enabled me to learn them thoroughly. Only I thing did not gone well was the speedily lectures of the semester. Conclusion:Fromlearningthissemester,Ifoundthattherearemanyskillsandthe competencies which I have to improve so that I can stay ahead among my competitors. The situation which raised in the learning process has helped me much for the future. If I would have taken the online classes other then this learning Would have helped me much in my learning of topics. If I was good at managing the time, the speedily lectures would have not created the problem for me and I was able to learn the topics on time by giving time to revise the topics again at home or privately. Action Plan:There are many skills due to which I was enable to learn the things in one go. It is very important for me to learn and take actions towards those skills so that next time when I will go for any such courses this will not create barrier in my learning process. Next time I would like to go for the online classes as well which will help me explanation of the topics two times. The

Critical Reflection for Semester 2- The reflection for the semester 2 can be defined by using the Gibbs' model of reflection such as- Description:There are various topics which has been learned in the semester 2 are such as inventory management, project management as well as the quality assurance. This semester has enabled me to learn the topics which are very important for the individual in the future. This helped me in analysing how the overall management of the businesses is done. The experience of learning the second semester was quite good as this also helped me in gaining the theoretical knowledge of how the management in the businesses works and how does this facilitates the organisation. The lectures for the semester 2 was also arranged in the effective manner which has helped the me in understanding the topics effectively. The lectures were taken by the teacher and his teaching style was proved very beneficial for me. There was many situation occurred during the learning process of this semester as they have helped me in learning the things much better. The teacher while taking lectures used to ask the questions related to the topics so this was much beneficial for me. Feelings:While taking the lectures of the topics, I felt very good as this has enhanced the skills and competencies. The skills which were I able to develop in the semester 1 was then helped me in effective learning of the topics of the semester 2. After taking the lectures, I felt very professional as learning such skills and topics was proved much meaningful for me and is very beneficial for me in the future. The others who was not able to cope up with the teaching style of the teachers has felt unsatisfied by learning this semester. As due to this they were unable to understand the topics in much detailed manner. While the teacher were asking me the questions, I was feeling very nervous at that time. I was not able to give the correct answers for the questions due to this reason. There was one more situation happened when the teacher asked us to do homework and I did not do that. That time felt that I must have done that as this has helped me in learning the things. Evaluation:There were many things which did not worked during the learning process of the semester 2. The topics of this semester are very lengthy and comprehensive so these topics requires the effective teaching. The were many students in the class who does not understand how the teacher was teaching so this was not good for many of the students or learners. The
experience of this semester was also good as during the lectures of this semester, I was able to learn the topics in one go as many of the topics were correlated with the semester one. So the topics which were learned by me in semester one has helped me in semester two as well. The contribution from my side for learning the topics was effective as due to which I was able to learn and understand the topics in better manner. The lectures for this semester were not taken on time due to which I was not able to improve effectively the time management skills in this semester also. Analysis:As the timely lectures were not scheduled in this semester, I was not able to develop my time management skills in this semester as well. This semester was proved effective for me in many ways but there were many skills which I was not able to develop and these skills are highly important for my future. The teacher was asking the questions as well as was taking the tests which helped me learning the topics on time and facilitates the revision for at least 2- 3 times before the exams. This semester was proved much meaningful for me as this has enhanced my skills and knowledge related to hoe the management of the project as well as the inventory occurs in the organisation (Brañas-Garza, Kujal and Lenkei, 2019). This part is considered as very necessary in the operations of the businesses so this will help me in using this theoretical knowledge practically in the future. Conclusion:From learning the topics of semester two, it has been found that the learning experience of the semester two was quite effective for me as this has enabled me to learn the topics which are very complex. Through taking the lectures on the time, I was able to complete the course with the teacher only. The teaching style of the teacher was also proved effective for me as I was able to learn the things in one go. If the teachers has used that teaching style which is understandable by every student of the class as this will help them in learning the topics clearly. I have to develop the skills of the communication as well as of the time management skills so that the topics can be learned on time as well as the time can be given for the revision as well. Action Plan:I would like to go for more better module or course for the next time which will help me in developing the other important skills such as critical thinking skills, analytic skills as well as all the other academic skills which will be much meaningful and helpful for my overall career path. It is very necessary and important for me to develop the skills which are highly required for learning the topics in the better manner in future. The communication skills as well
as the time management skills are the two main skills which I was unable to develop in both the semesters. The communication skills will be improved by daily reading the newspapers and the novels as well as the time management skills will be improved by dividing the work according to the topics. If I will be able to improve my skills which are very necessary for learning process will definitely help me in learning the things differently (Rosseel and Anseel, 2022). This will help me in my all over career path which is very necessary for me while working in any of the organisation. CONCLUSION From the above report it can be concluded that it is very important for the individual to develop the skills which will help them in the professional development. The above report has illustrated the detailed experience of how the semester one and two has take place. The reflection of both the semesters has been done using the Gibbs' reflection model which has enabled to explain the experience using the six different stages of the model. The skills and knowledge which has been enhanced in the learning process was proved very effective as well as this will be much helpful for the future.
