INTRODUCTION
The reflective learning is very crucial for the person to undertake personality
development and learning. The reason underlying these factors that when the person uses the
various approaches of reflective learning then this assist them in analysing their key areas in
which they are good and the areas in which they are not good. Thus, the present essay will
outline the reflective approaches him which can be used by person in order to analyse the
learning. The will also shed light on the nature of feedback and feed forward and the use of
model of reflection with the net. In the end the essay will discuss about the various reflective
approaches relating to feedback and feed forward which will assist them in improving the
formative and summative assessments.

Describing reflection and reflective approach to learning
The reflective approach to learning is very essential and helpful for the person in order to
grow and them self both in business and an academic carrier. In case of the business and
management the use of reflective approach is necessary in order to analyse the person’s
capability and the areas in which they require some improvement (Saraçoğlu and Kahyaoğlu,
2021). The reflective approach to learning involves team analysis of oneself and how they can
improve them self for better working. And as a result of this sum the use of reflective approach
to learning is very essential for the person to work within the corporate environment and also to
be part of academic life. The model of Gibbs reflective cycle is a good approach to reflection and
learning as well. The reason underlying this part is that the Gibbs reflective cycle outlines the
whole process through which the person evaluate them cell.
In the first stage the person describes that is what they are and what are they doing. For
the in the second stage the feelings of the person are being outlined. This simply means that
whatever the person feel can outline in the stage. After this the stage comes off evaluation and
analysis (Asuman, İNCE and VURAL, 2018). In both these stages the person tries to evaluate
them and analyse what are the good points and what are the points in which the person need to
improve themselves. After that the next stage is a conclusion where and the conclusions are
being drawn that is in what areas requirement is needed. Further in the last stage within Gibbs
