1. Introduction
Background
London’s successful bid for 2012 Olympic Games was created as need for major
construction programme and re-generation to provide excellent venue & infrastructure needed to
different phases of games. Each and every programme of construction was so much expensive,
majorly focus in context of technically & politically challenges. Afterwards, it was fixed the
deadline of opening ceremony of games. Usually, turning the particular vision of Olympic
infrastructure project was attracted people because of their roads, bridges, stadia.
In past decade, it has been concerned about the Olympic Infrastructure which help to
inspire or motivate staff members in the organization. Taking into account in current covid-19
situation, It is evident that rises the remote culture, especially recruitment process. It has become
need of hour. Different organisations are constantly being confronted with major problems at the
time of crisis. Recently, it will focused on the digital conceptual termed to influence 2012
Olympic infrastructure project.
Budget and duration

The Olympic infrastructure project was designed to maintain and control by project
manager to improve progress of project with intense focus at big moments. Sometimes, it allows
for people as possible to find the positive aspect in the project management and implementation.

In particular project, it should be included the relevant stakeholders such as staff
members, project manager, executive, investors, supplier etc. These are different stakeholders,

provide active value for money. On regular basis, project manager will be conducting a meeting
session with stakeholder and give an information of assigned tasks. This is not only acquire
