Introduction
Learning refers to transformative process for taking up information that is internalised as
well as mixed up with their experience build on what has to be done. Learning comprises of
overall development of an individual with intent to survive in the marketplace. This also involves
development of skills that will aid in present and future within professional career (Barr, 2018).
The study is conducted in order to acknowledge what has been learned while going through the
classes for overall development. It is always not necessary to learn aspects from only curriculum
or subject but it also needs overall development in order to succeed and survive within the
marketplace. For this, it becomes important to have learning classes that comprises of self-
organisation, time management, team working, presentation skills, networking, academic
integrity and many more. The report will provide an insight into three different aspects; they are
team work, presentation skill and managing stress. The analysis will be made with respect to
knowledge that has been acquired while learning in OSHE classes.

Team denotes group of people who work in collaboration to accomplish identical goal.
Teamwork implies a greater framework that is interdependent group of people. Individuals
within a team collaborate on associated tasks which are needed for attaining objective. An
instance can be taken into consideration, while working on a project it is not necessary that all
the aspects will be covered by an individual will lead to attain successful results. But when
people work in a team then on the basis of expertise individuals can divide work and carry out
accordingly (Blaschke, 2018). This will lead to have innovative results and ensure that project is
accomplished within given time duration if all the aspects are managed as per formulated plans
or strategies.
Belbin team theory is being used and different roles have been analysed with respect to
team formulation and accordingly formulating responsibilities an individual have to conduct
while working in a group. This aids within having right person at appropriate instance of time. It
is identified that through usage of Belbin team theory assumptions or misunderstanding and
sense of ownership along with engagement can be enhanced which further leads to ensure that
success will be attained.

theories related with this have been used for having affirmative results. By working in a team the
thinking abilities increases like there are different ways to do a thing but having them in mind

have an innovative idea which further amplifies overall performance. This can be developed by
opting for studying groups, discussing certain things and having their opinions.
Presentation Skills
The skills that are required by an individual for rendering effectual as well as engaging
presentations to wide range of audiences is referred to as presentation skill. The skills cover
different areas like designing of slides, body language, and structure of presentation as well as
tone of voice. It acts as a means for communicating that can be opted by distinct speaking
situations like briefing team, addressing meeting or talking with a group. Through presentation,
the message is transmitted to listeners and this often comprises of persuasive entity. For an
instance, the way idea is kept forward in front of a team (Fearon and et. al, 2020).
