1. INTRODUCTION
Orientation for success in higher education is module has introduced students the way
universities work and successful operate in order to provide better educational facilities to
students. Stress is feeling of emotion or physical tension that makes a person angry, frustrated
and nervous. Academic writing is clear, focused, structured writing or formal style of writing
mainly used in scholarly publication and academic topics. At the same time memory is
individuals capabilities to acquire, retained and retrieve information in better manner. There are
various method that could be used to enhance memory, academic writing and reduce stress level
for better well-being.(Zhang, nd et. al., 2019) This report has covered necessary detailed
pertaining to knowledge gained in class in various areas such as academic writing , enhancing
memory and managing stress level. It has also highlighted crucial point related to analysis of
performance that helps in identifying my existing strength and challenges. (Yang, and Li,
2020)Thus, the aim of the report is to understand the various knowledge that have been gained
through academic writing, enhancing memory and effective management of stress level.
2. ANALYSIS OF GAINED KNOWLEDIGE
In the class there are three main areas in which the knowledge have being gained that is
the way to manage stress, enhance memory to retained whatever has been teach by the lecturer.
Moreover, information pertaining to academic writing or the way particular report or document
needs to be written so that they can be easily understand by other individuals or reader.
Therefore, the three areas of knowledge gained can be explained in detail as follows:
Managing Stress: Managing the stress is a technique to control the stress level of people
because in very busy or daily routine life people suffer from the stress it directly affects to not
only physical health but also mental health. It manage by self care, relaxation, and taking
therapies. (Terziev, Georgiev, and Georgiev, 2017). The importance of stress management in
context of the workplace bring down the chances of conflicts. In a very stressful condition it
improves the level of productivity and at the workplace if encourage the manager to motivate
their employees. At the workplace if manage the stress properly so the reduction in sick days and
it shows that company take care of their employee. Moreover, managing stress level is also
important because it help individual in staying happy, healthier for longer time frame thereby
focused on various activities easily. To prevent the stress there are four stress management
