INTRODUCTION To have continuous in skill and knowledge level is tend to be important and vital for all individual as it supports higher employability along with improved opportunities and betterment in future. Further, the process of the skill development is tending to be related and associated with the identification of the skill gap that is existing within an individual so that the required training and employment benefits can be provided to improve and mitigate their skill gap (Winberget. al.,(2020)). The current project is based on leading reflective commentary about the relationship between relevant theory and practice in work-related contexts and evaluate the implications of the experiences, skills, competencies and knowledge in work-related settings. Further, a reflection on and apply learning from work-related experiences to future goals and career plans has been also made within current project. Further, within current project based on the Reflective Commentary Use of the Kobb/sreflective cycle 1984, Gilbbsreflective cycle 1988, Schon reflective model 1983 has been also made(Eldeenet. al.,(2018)). MAIN BODY Gibbs reflective cycle refers to the framework that are effective and allow to provide better and effective response towards taking care of better expression to the experience which has been gain during the professional practices. This can allow to get better and effective response that are associated with ensuring about the better role(Kapareliotiset. al.,(2019)). Here, some of the element are present in the Gibbs reflective cycle that are effective and allow get better sharing of experience that are associated with showing better care and help in improving better response for further improvement. Gibbs reflective cycle include different element like description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan. Description- As a social care worker, it is essential to develop skill that can be highly effective and have better response towards care of effective learning through implementing different skill that can be useful in the professional practices(Sarkaret. al.,(2020)). As a social worker I need to possess some skills that can help me to perform my job practices in effective way. Here, I needed to learn different transferable and employability skill that can help me to learn various skills that are necessary to use while performing any job role. Here, I also need to take care about the effective response that can help me in gathering better and effective response which are associated with improving my skill and knowledge for ensuring about better care and 1
support services for people while performing my job role(Asonitou, (2019)). In this, I needed to learn various skills like communication skills, problem solving skill, leadership skills and many more which are highly important for any individual within care services specially for the social worker who need to provide their service in caring to people in performing their daily activity. Here, I have also learned about the Bucks Graduate Attributes which can have the focus on the development of innovative leaders within professional that should have creative capacity and should perform well in making positive impact as the global citizens. Me as a student, I need to learn about the graduate attributes which can be effective and allow to include the different high level qualities, understanding and skills which are associated with student which they should gain the result in learning and getting better experience that can help to get engage in the professional practices in future(Bridgstocket. al.,(2019)). I have learned about the analytical reasoning, critical thinking, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, communication and writing skills that are effective skills and should be learned to perform better while working as a social worker professionally. Here, through using these skill, I have used those in my academic time that allow me to get good in these skills and help in performing well that can allow to achieve better practices as the social worker(Simonet. al.,(2018)). I am possessing some skills which includes working under pressure, logical thinking, creativity, time management and meticulous attention to details. I have worked and have experience as an assistant warehouse that are effective and lead to create high impact on delivery of better response towards working professionally. Here, I have learned about ensuring about the delivery which include pickup according to schedule like pack, load, label, wrap and ship. I also have the experience of inventory control and maintain quality standard. I have also experience of working as a sales assistant, self-employed and many more(Adeyinka-Ojo, (2018)). Feelings- It has been seen and analysed by me that there is various relevant theory that are having the significant relationship within the practice in work-related contexts. In context to a health and social care organisation. It has been seen that the Patient Confidentiality, Patient Relationships, Malpractice and Negligence, Informed Consent and Issues Related to Physician Assisted Suicide (PAD) are vital Ethical issues that needs to be taken into consideration at the workplace. Here, I have felt that there is need to ensure about taking care of all the skills which should be effective and needed to take care that can allow to get better and effective reposnse 2

It can be evaluate that it is essential to learn different skills which can be highly effective when can allow to perform the professional development. They can also help in me to perform various activity working as a social worker. I should also evaluate that there are some of good experience through learn during my academic time where communication skill and problem solving skills are needed to be improved that can alarm it to perform very well as a social care worker(Allatt et. al.,(2019)). Here, it include different things which get well and which learning skills allow me to perform very well in my academic and help to get for professional job. I also evaluated that many people contribute to academic learning my skill. It can help to improve my skill through providing some guidance and helping me to showing sometime that can help to improve my skills and allow me to improve my professional practices. I also evaluated that improving different skill can also be effective and can allow me to perform very well while providing my practices as a social care worker. This can help me to use my skills while delivering my social work practices. Analysis- I have analyse that through using my transferable and professional skill that can be highly effective and can help me to perform very well while performing my professional 3
practice(Hains-Wessonet. al.,(2020)). I have also learn that these skills can be highly helpful and can help me to improve my professional development. It can also allow me to perform my social worker role in efficient way that can allow me to improve my care services to my client. It can also helpful and performing professional practice and help to improve the positive outcome in context to delivery my service is a social care worker. I have learned that there are many things which has been going right which may include learning different skills and patients level that allow me to perform very well and help during my graduate learning(Nauffalet. al., (2018)). It can also help me to use those skills in practical manner that help me to improve those skills and learn to implement in to get positive outcome. I have also analyse implementing and provide an outcome as a social care worker. I also analyse that that are various skills which I need to improve that can also be helpful as an employ-ability and professional practices and help me to get better opportunity to seek any job and deliver my care services as a social worker. Conclusion- I have concluded that I have learned different skills like communication skill, problem-solving skill, time management skill, patience level, creativity and various which are highly effective and allow me to perform very well in my academic graduation. This also help in my professional development and allow many individual to perform and utilize these skills as professional that can help to provide the positive outcome towards delivery of care services as a social worker(Adeaniet. al.,(2020)). I have also learn about my limitation where I need to improve my problem-solving skills and time management skill more efficiently. This can enable me to perform my activity is more effectively. I also conclusion that there are some of the positive situation where educator were involved to improve my problem-solving skills and communication skill. It allow me to perform very well in social worker practice to the client. Action Plan- In future, when I need to get any another job opportunity I would like to improve my employability and professional skills that can be highly effective and can help to utilize those skill as a professional(Ezezikaet. al.,(2022)). I will also need to get ensure that in future, such type of skills can be used more effectively that can help to improve the positive outcome and deliver better care service to the large population. Here, I need to develop some skills that can be effective and help me to perform well as a care worker. Here, I need to improve my communication skill, problem-solving skill along with time management that can be highly effective and are necessary to take care of a client in more effective way. need to improve those skills that can be highly effective and can help me to interact with my client is more effective to get better and positive outcome(Pieperet. al.,(2021)). CONCLUSION From above discussion, it can be concluded that there are various emplobility and professional skills which should be learn by any individual and that can allow to perform well and achieve a better opportunity to get a job. It is necessary to learn different skills that can be highly effective and allowed to perform well any professional practices. The social worker also need to learn several skills that should be interact for providing positive outcome to the client. Through implementing those skills that can help to improve quality of care services. There is discussion about experiencing different skills that can help to provide a opportunity for get a job as a social worker.
