Professional development consider as the gaining of knowledge as well as skills which are
required for the personal development and advancement of carrier (Guraya. and Chen, 2017). It
involves various types of the possible outcomes such as learning opportunities and also informal
learning opportunities. Present report lay emphasis on the reflection of the skills that relates the
future ambitions. It highlights on the Gibbs module to evaluate the various types of skills as well
as qualities . Identification as well as justification of the job related to the Human resource
manager and also highlights the sector of working areas in terms of future references. It also
focuses on the appraisal of the skills ,career ambitions as well as identifying the gaps skills with
the help of the swot analysis and Audit skills. Furthermore, it highlights on the recommendation
of self evaluation as well as and conclusion as recommendation helps to achieve objectives of
getting the job as well as career of own choice.

Description
During the final year of my Post graduation in human resource when I was working in a
multinational company .I was working under the supervision of my mentor ,caring forty year
old lady ,Mrs Robert who has issues on her salary increment status. She wants to change her
job and she needed of money I had been asked to check her salary status so that
Management could access her status (Allen. and et.al.,2019). I check her status and cleared
her queries and submitted the report to the higher management, and she gets her increment.
The smile on her face realizes me that how happy she because that increment helps her in
health problems of her husband. From that day I got to realize that I pursue my career in
Human resource.
Feeling
I need to pursue my carrier on Human resource faculty because my communication skills
are strong. Mrs Robert is a kind of shy lady who unable to discuss her queries with everyone
so listened her quietly. She was quiet confused about the job changing areas I motivate her
not to leave this job as salary can be increased as she is really a hard-working lady
(Rossiter. and Gardiner, 2019).

The incident was quirt challenging for me as Mrs Robert was nit agreed to continue the job.
However, I motivate her and I learner from this incident that sometimes feels very
demotivating and because of their shyness they are unable to speak their problems (Yielder.
and Moir,2016) .
Analysis
The people working in MNC are quite demotivating sometimes they need some people who
is good in communication skills . So these things applies to my carrier in future references
(Yielder. and Moir,2016)..
Conclusion
Looking back the incident I came to realize that I must act like a sooner,also I should assure
that the staff members should be motivated time to time (Williams. And et.al., 2018).
Swot analysis
Based from the above incident i got to realized that i have some strengths as well as
weakens which is mention below
Strengths -My strengths are that i am good in communication skills ,Whether it is written
communication or verbal communication I am good in both . I am very punctual personality
I finished my work before deadline.
Weakness – I am good in problem solving skills but in some areas I need improvement in
some areas such as I am unable to break the problem into easier parts (Hildebrand,2018).
Opportunities - Due to the human resource manager's job I got opportunities from various
other countries of the European region .they provide me job offer as they go through my c.v,
and they find me quite appropriate for their companies.
Threats- Due to the high competition of the job or recession faced by various countries this
becomes a threat for me (Johnson. and Smith, 2018).

However, I motivate her and I learner from this incident that sometimes feels very
