INTRODUCTION Personal and professional development within an individual is vital as these will help an individual to lead ahead in their career. Development of an individual is depended upon how well he is in learning thing through theoretical or practical knowledge. The aim behind these personal and professional development is to helps an individual in managing of their own skills, learning and growth throughout their career. As in the documentation of this reflective report the major focus which have been given is own the determination of my own skills and career path through the implementation of the models such as Gibbs model or Kolb's model. Along with it, this study also covers the types of the jobs I am interested in and what measures I have taken to achieve my ambitions and goals which I have decided to achieve within my career. Apart from the reports will also focus on the gaps which have occurred while achieving the career ambition. This report will help me in identifying my skills where I am good at and what other opportunities are available in front of them so that I can succeed in my career. MAIN BODY A) Skills And Qualities Which I Have: To survive in this competitive era, one must foster skills which helps them in leading in their career(Prosek and Hurt, 2014).In similar manner, there are number of skills which I have and which have supported me at each and every phase of my life. Through the fostering of the skills like problem solving skills and decision making skills I have come up with tackling various situation which were difficult. Some of the strength and weaknesses which I have can be better understood with the help of SWOT analysis which will enable in understanding the areas of my strength and weaknesses along with all other opportunity and threat which are in front of me and has cause difficulty to me in leading in my career: STRENGTHWEAKNESSES Strength is the area which involves the factors where individual has an advantage over other. The strength which are present within me are as follow: ï‚·I have the ability to solve the problems Weaknesses involves the area where we are lacking at or are not good enough: ï‚·I tend to get angry very quickly when the work is not performed by me within the given time period.

Threat refers the things which prevents us from achieving the goals. ï‚·Due to my short temper issue I can face problems in my professional life such at workplace. ï‚·Threat from the other individual due to his better communication skills. In order to understand my skills which will help me in leading my career as a HR recruiter the model can be the best option will will render will detail analysis: Kolb's learning cycle: This theory consists of the 4 dimensions which shows that each individual have their own different learning style: Concrete learning:These type of the learning involves the person who already have learned through their experience. This learning generally involves feeling(Krolland Dussias, 2017). Finance:It is related to managing all the financial activities of the organisation so that the all the business operation can be operate in an effective manner without any kind of hindrance. The functions which have done by the finance department are planning, managing investment, hedging, cash management, auditing, accounting and many others. Human resource:The functions of this department is related to hiring the best candidate within the organisation and provide them effective training an development program so that the skills and knowledge of the employees can be increased. Other it is responsible for operating various functions like organising, controlling, recruiting, job analysing, performance appraisal and many others(Pallisera and et. al., 2013). After considering the detail explanation of all the job role I will choose for me the human resource job profile as this is most perfect for me. As because, I have all those skills which are requiredtoperformthisjobrole.Itrequiresvariousskillslikecommunicationskill,
organisational skills, budgeting skills, decision making abilities, empathetic skills, training and development ability. I have comprises all these skills which enables me to carry out all the activities in a most significant manner(Mahlanze and Sibiya, 2017). C) Matching skills to career ambitions: (1.) My life ambition is to become a successful entrepreneur for which the skills which I am having are very crucialas working as an entrepreneur It isnot an easy task it requires lots of efforts and power to solve all the problems related to the operating of business and its decision . But in order to gain a competitive advantage in the market the skills which I need to work on developing within me are communication skills and analysis skills which will help me further in succeeding the business as with the help of this communication skill I can easily deal with the people and know what exactly their expectation are and can provide them service with the best. Development of these analysis skills will support me in analysing the market and prevailing trends and demands of the customers within the market about the price of the products, quality . These both the skills will help me in improving my performance in comparison to the other entrepreneurs competitors in the market place(Gould and Taylor, 2017). .
CONCLUSION From the above file, it can be concluded that in order to get the success and growth in the future some effective skills and characteristics need to have in an individual. By considering the SWOT analysis I will be able to ascertain my skills and weakness. Along with this, it also helps me in ascertaining all the opportunities which I can utilise in order to acquire more personal growth and development. It also represent all the threats of mine which can lead the bad impact on me in order to carry out all the operations of the business effectively. An effective model is also given in this report which help in ascertaining all the effective learning skills of mine and also pertains that each and every individual have different skills which should be analysed by them in order to conduct any of the business operation. Moreover, the different types of jobs are define in which a person needs to have some specific skills. As per the consideration of all the job types I felt that the human resource job profile is more suitable for me as I have all those skills which needs to perform the job of human resource.
